I still watch and enjoy his videos to the day. Even though ive seen them all before. I didn't know Lecile personally but hes on my list of original people that wasnt made in a mold. Hes a celebrity to me. The down home country good kind of celebrity. Ted Kimzey and Leon Coffee always spoke highly of him. I always loved their characters since i was a boy.

It was Jim a fine young Cowboy who rode bronc’s and Brahma bull’s. He rode them constantly so his pockets were always full. #longlivecowboys

I learned about him and many other great people from the Western Horseman magazine.

He was an amazing man . I cant recall the exact rodeos he announced when I was riding bulls , but he left an indelible mark in mylife forever 💙🙏🏻

Jim Shoulders was truly a cowboy’s cowboy. He was not just for his bucking stock , he was very encouraging to the contestants .He was very helpful and honest to the contestants about the stock. In my eyes as a contestant in the early 70’s, he was bigger than life ! RIP my friend I’ll see you inside the Pearly Gates where our trails will cross again !

Baxter is absolutely one of a kind and Hadley Barrett was one of the best rodeo announcers in the business.

i have to tell a story when i was about 4 i went with my stepfather jim bridewater who was involved in the bucking bull and buckin horses anyways i met a little red mare so cute well i derided slide on her she mucked me out she was friendly at the fence but let me tell yah. opps it was necklace she trashed me i pooped my pants and elieen put me in the bathtub and washed my cloths

Totally with you. "Livestock is not sustainable". They want us to feed our livestock Grasshopper protein. Not feeding my horses that!! What Ag they do, will be Big Ag. Graduated Agriculture Science in 1987, they told us there would be no family farms. We would manage big Ag. So here we are, are food chain is breaking down over a hoax. His post on FB revealing the sad news: "With immense and unbelievable sadness, I regret to inform everyone that Lecile Harris passed peacefully in his sleep last night after completing the Dixie Nationals Rodeo in Jackson, Mississippi. Thank you for your consideration in respecting our family's privacy and allowing us time to grieve." (2/13/20)

What a classic Jim Shoulders is. I met the man one time and he was as down to earth as they come. Honest as the day is long. My respect for this man. RIP Jim.

why dont you show the videos of vold shocking and stabbing his beloved horses in the face to terrorize them so that they buck in terror so he can sell more terrorized animals into the rodeo abuse system for profit? KVold is nothing more than a animal abuser for profit. He is along the lines of a puppy mill operator only even more cruel.

I rode bulls from 1961 to 1969 at rodeos Lucile Harris worked. He was the best bull fighter in the business during that time. Saved my bacon many times during that period.

Hadley was at the Caldwell nite rodeo last year in Caldwell ID in 2016 in August r.i.p
