I'm the exception to the rule on this. If I see someone who's dressed too formal and stands ramrod straight, already I'm bored because he or she will start spouting off statistics and other useless informational crap that has absolutely no bearing on what has to do with me. I would like the leaner because that looks like someone who is relaxed and comfortable and would say something in a way that seems interesting even if it's the same useless crap.
