This includes temp MsgBox pop ups when macros are manually triggered and adds to a cumulative time saving on the Freeze Pane. It records logging off for breaks at lunch or tech breaks. Quite fiddly to have to hold Alt and click on Excel via Start to get a srperate Instance of Excel. The macro on a 0.3 srcond loop if no active window change, used a lot of system memory, so need it running on the cloud. Will try to follow this vlog.
