In this short lecture you will learn about the benefits of teasing your wool before carding. Teasing the wool will be less straining for your body and the fibers, make the carding easier and leave less waste. The rolags you card with teased wool will be more even and the yarn of higher quality. In the lecture I will also show you a few different ways to tease your wool - with your hands, with a hand card, with a flicker and with mini combs.
