The kind of logic used very much changes the arguments. Using anime logic is inconsistent, but Pokémon would likely win unless the story writers wanted to extend the plot more. Pokedex logic says that there would be no competition in the slightest, the lions would stand no chance. Game logic, there are more variables. To simplify, assuming that the battle is all Pokémon fighting against all these lions in an extended triple-battle kind of format, it boils down to if the Pokémon coordinate their moves. If the Pokémon all coordinated and made the best possible choices, then Kyogre would one shot all the lions as calculated by WolfyVGC. If the Pokémon didn’t work with coordination, then it’s possible for the lions to win through their sheer numbers, but the moves that hit all enemies on the field will absolutely kill a LOT of lions, so it’s also very possible for the Pokémon to still win anyway.

Now the next tier we have legendaries who are comparable to each other thanks to team Rainbow Rocket bosses being on the same levels of power who each have legendaries and since Dialga and Palkia made every timeline in the Pokemon multiverse that would put most high legendaries like Mewtwo and rayquza at Universal to multiversal. Now we have Arceus who has created its own dimension which is above the concept of time and space which puts him at the outerversal to boundless tier of power Lions:African lion's bite force is around 650-1000 PSI which is wall level

Lions eat birds. 0:04 lions aren't made of concrete. 0:06 at one of the billion lions before it has to wait it's turn again. 0:09 dust isn't harmful to lions. 0:12 just don't touch those spikes, it ain't hard. 0:15 don't touch it's tails, it has a whole upper torso to attack. 0:19 1 billion lions roaring would probably drown out that noise. 0:20 IQ numbers don't mean anything, they're not a reliable way of measuring intelligence. 0:22 machamp doesn't actually have a move where he does it (as far as i know) so even if he can, he doesn't know how. 0:26 most birds can fly, doesn't stop my cat from eating them.

You don't need Legendaries for this fight. I'm pretty sure anything from Gen 1 alone can take down 1 billion lions with ease.

Step one: fire type. Step two: burn the lions

Kyogre could just flood the planet, Mewtwo could wipe them out in his storm, this isn't rocket science. The challenge should be 100 lions vs each non legendary Pokémon individually otherwise the Pokémon have an unfair advantage just wiping everything off the face of the earth including the lions.

This Is Actually a good Moveset, I can see Two themes here. 1: Using Strength Wisely. 2: Teamwork, Mighty Having his friends back him up. Though one Problem with the Movement options, In Knuckles chaotix Mighty can Wall Jump. So here's how to fix it, Mighty can Wall Jump just like Sonic but he can be on the wall for a couple of seconds(2 to 3) before starting to slide off, you got to keep jumping on the wall or you'll fall, Mighty can only jump up to 4 jumps on a single wall before sliding.

The funniest thing i find about this argument is pokemon curb stomped as early as gen 1 and every new gen since reduces the lions odds of victory exponentially.
