My approach to exercise is a mixture of different routines that I have loved over the years - HIIT, low intensity, strength training, calisthenics, cardio, sport-based training, flexibility and more. I've discovered that a combination of all of them benefit my metabolism the most! By diversifying my routines, I’ve trained my body to work smart throughout the day so I no longer need to go on restrictive diets.
I advocate for working out with intention. Nowadays, I am motivated by sustaining vitality as I age so I can live a full life.

Nutrition is important too. You have to feed your bones and get plenty of Vitamin D. Most people don't know that dark leafy greens are an excellent source of Calcium. Do your research folks. Men get osteoporosis too but ladies are at risk during perimenopause when estrogen levels start to decline. That's why I was livid when the Biden Administration started pushing "trans healthcare" on teens. By interrupting girls' menstruation, they pushed girls into early menopause and put them on a fast-track to osteoporosis. Where were the pediatricians to say NO?!?

Depending if there are joint mobility issues, squats can be modified to suit a person’s fitness level ☺️
This is also recommended in exchange for walking.
If you’re referring to the #1 exercise which is a Squat. Squats are not technically cardio but when they’re executed in multiple reps with bodyweight or lightweight, they can be. I would recommend marching in place, walking high knees or walking jacks in exchange for walking than squats.

Light to moderate weight for this workout. For reference, I am carrying 5lbs dumbbells, which used to be moderately heavy for me but as I got stronger, it is now very much light weight. The weight used should be dependent on the person's capacity and current fitness level.

Isnt the distance of your elbows determin whay part of the chest gets worked??? Doing a variety of push ups is better the the military grade push up. Did you lift your bodybusing your arms, then its a push up baby.
