Advice - DON'T EVER FORCE THE FILM MAGAZINE ONTO THE CAMERA as you did twice in this video!!!! As someone else pointed out, you must be a newbie to Hasselblads. Set the film back into the bottom grooves, then slide the top release button to the right, insert the back and release the button. NEVER, NEVER force-push the film magazine onto the camera without sliding the release button to the right first. If the Hasselblad police see you do this they will come take your camera away.

Obviously a Hasselblad neophyte. Push the round button to the right when mounting a film back instead of "jamming" it on. Put the dark slide in with the rolled edge forward so it won't come falling out when you remove the film back insert for loading (like yours did). Why rubber gloves? If you must wear gloves, use white cotton. Better yet, use clean human hands, which is what these beautiful machines were created for. This video made me cringe.

I got the original non-sonar one but I didn’t have to pay a crazy price since it was a local find.

I’m so freaking pumped to buy one of these within the next month! And I’ll slowly get all the accessories…the lenses, the 24fps external motor, the 400ft magazine, the cases, the matte box, the light meter, the filters, titlers, all the fun stuff!

I've just inherited one of these from my dad. I'm trying it out for the first time now. I've also got boxes and boxes of his slides I want to look at and eventually digitize. The mechanism/action doesn't seem to be so snappy on my projector. It takes a long time and struggles to pull the slides in. Needs further investigation.

I’m feeling incredibly motivated to get a REX model H16. a gentleman recommended I get a REX 3 or higher. This will take some time and a lot of $200 eBay cards. I don’t care if it takes me into 2023 to save for one! 😤 It will take me months of discipline to do this!
