I got an RFE for my birth certificate. I had actually not submitted it with my AOS package. After working with my state government, I was able to obtain the birth certificate but the registration date is 11yrs after my birth. How do I respond to that RFE? These are the documents I have currently, please let me know what to include from below, or to include all. Do I need any additional documents? 1. I have a birth certificate which is registered late and eng translation is added on it line by line . 2. I also have two affidavits of birth from my 2 relatives who were present during my birth. 3. Hi Sachin...good video... one question: why EB1-C concurrent filing I-140s that are filed earlier are not being adjudicated sooner than standalone I-140s filed much later? No one seems to be paying attention to EB1-C's plight. I filed EB1-C concurrent I-140/I-485/I-765/I-131 including Medicals mid Feb 2022. Only got Biometrics done April 2022. No EAD yet... At the same time I have heard friends who filed after Feb in March/April ...standalone I-140s are getting approved much faster in 6 weeks to 2 months and then they are filing I-485s that goes to NBC. Why are we in concurren filings are getting left behind in I-140 approvals?

My current employer had filed my GC application under EB3 by porting my old employer GC prioriy date of April 2015 which was originally in EB2. Am I eligible under this transfer of underlying basis rule to apply through my current employer for EOS using old employer EB2 (hoping my date will be current soon) without having to refile EB2 PERM/i-140 with current employer or that will be needed? Note: I do not have an option to go back to the old employer who originally filed under EB2. Appreciate the help!

Do we need 485j if we do concurrent file? My i140 is pending and thinking to file 485, and i believe when i140 receipt is attached we don't need 485j but what happen after i140 gets approved before 485 decision being made. Do we need 485j?

I downgraded my I140 from EB2 to EB3 in October 2020 and both my EB2 and EB3 I140s were approved and I received my EAD. I then did interfiling on Feb 2022 from EB3 to EB2. Can I switch jobs now and work for a new employer or do I need to wait 6 more months since I did my interfiling on Feb 2022?
