Curmel Moton's last two fights have actually been at Light, the first two at Super Feather (though a couple of those fights are listed differently on BoxRec - the two fighters must've agreed to fight at a higher weight limit on those occasions, i suppose).

Yeah, I also think Inoue means he'll stay at 22 for 2 years - from when he vacated 118. If I'm reading him right, that would probably mean he vacates 22 in January after his last fight in December. Another thing, I haven't bothered checking it out but I heard that Inoue has recently said in an interview in Japan that he wants to fight Akhmadaliev in December, in Japan, instead of Goodman. This doesn't surprise me since Goodman's latest performance and win was far from convincing. And he claims he's broken his left hand too. So I wouldn't be surprised to hear it's "badly broken" and he won't be able to make the December fight with Inoue, could Inoue wait again??..🤬 Also, heard a credible rumour that MJ had been offered the Inoue fight IN JAPAN earlier on but MJ/Hearn wouldn't agree to the terms. They wanted the fight in Saudi instead of Japan. Just seems that MJ/Hearn/Turki think he's big enough to dictate terms with money to Inoue. 😂 I guess Inoue's now giving MJ/Hearn another bite of the cherry and they'll just have to get off their high horse - IF they really want the fight. I would guess he'll be around 137.5lb against Doheny and around 139lb for the MJ/Goodman fight in December. So should most likely be up for the 26 challenge by May '25. If Team Inoue follows their past weight gain practice, Inoue's target fight weight at 26 will be 139lbs, ie 4lbs above his ideal fight weight at 23. I heard Inoue weighed in at 136/8lb last fight night so he'd probably be close to the new target fight weight come December, by February for sure
