Gotta love batteries and "overheat circuit protection" lol. The complete buffoonery of these battery operated items is that there is no cooling solution, whereas gas mowers have high tolerances for temperature. Might try something that sounds silly...put a gallon zip-loc of ice in the empty battery compartment on the right. It just might keep your circuitry cool enough to operate for longer periods of time. Edit: might add a folded towel at the bottom, to catch any condensation from getting through those holes onto anything running voltage underneath. Or just plug them with epoxy, etc.

Noooo I use my gas Honda riding mower and that thing does not need no “ battery” 🤓

I can mow and edge my yards like 3 time on my greenworks 60v without having to charge it.

If you lived near me, I'd just give you a regular push mower. Briggs and Stratton gasoline. That's a tough job for what you've got, even if you could keep it going.

Buy an extra battery that way you can charge it while mowing
