Stop telling me I don't have a real Jeep. I know I don't have a real Jeep. It's better than a Liberty okay? Tell me I don't have a real Jeep one more time. I'll cut the roof off. Who's gonna have a real Jeep then?

Doesnt show anything. Just you
what you was calling the ac compressor is actually the power steering pump
Did you use a 110 or a 220 welder to install the track bar bracket? Just ordered this same kit
@@jarrisnelson6187 220v welder. It’s 1/4” steel so I had it cranked up pretty high.
hi hey can I use this kit with my 4 inch lift
@@osca36041 yes you can. That’s what I have. I’d recommend getting their track bar kit as well. I just put it on and it makes a HUGE difference.
@@RobieWickline aaaaaaawesome thanks
can u send me link

Wow the car has so many oils in it I’m guessing 🎉
@@GritsGringle so glad you asked! At least 4! 🤲🏻
I got the same issue on my 2005 civic EX I thought it might be the water pump too thank for sharing this video bro ✌🏽
You should change your smoke alarm battery 👀👀
I refuse
Looks good
I like it

I have a similar problem. I have a 04 civic, and it leaks coolant badly around the similar area and a large seal was hanging out below the belts, I drained the remaining coolant and poured water into it and it drains directly out. Any thoughts on what the seal is ? I haven’t taken much apart other than looking at it from under and top
Currently going through this and is leaking from the same exact spot. Thanks so much for posting this video very informational.
Yup it's definitely a common problem with the Hondas
Did you fix it jayln?
Boy that thing knocks. Prolly needed lifters before muffler.
Lifters did sound super bad in the video. I’ve added a couple cycles of Lucas oil treatment since then and it runs quiet now. Still beating the piss out of it!
If it got overheated and there coolant in the oil now do I need a new motor or rebuild the head and gaskets
Probably a head gasket unless you have a crack somewhere in the head or block
Great place to ride.
Hack
How did you change the water pump without taking off valve cover, alternator, etc?
I don’t remember for sure. I think I took the alternator belt off and just removed the timing cover. Gave me access to everything I needed.
Fun times. I still have a blood clot under my thump nail from the last time I did it my way 3 months ago lol. That looked pretty bad, hope you're doin ok 👍🏾
Yeah this was about a month and a half ago. The blood is about halfway up my nail now. Not the first time and won’t be the last 😂
LMAO
lol
yes i liked my comment

I love seeing a 2002-03 Jeep Grand Cherokee, cool ride!!!
It is a 2003! Thank you!
Do yourself a favor you don't need the music.
Thanks so much for doing this video. I think this is also my problem. My mechanic was not able to identify it.
Thank you so much for this video I hv the same problem leaking coolant in the back I didn’t know where to start to fix the problem
Is that your everyday car
It was up until a couple months ago. Daily Drove it for around 3 years.
amazing video man! youre great at this youtube stuff
I probably would have taken that trailer hitch out before going out wheeling, but that's just me.
That sounds way better! Fun video too btw!
Got a 04 same engine. I’ve put a new water pump thermostat and radiator cap. If I drove more than 20 mins it start coming out the cap. Before the water pump went bad I put some stop leak in the radiator. I’m stumped!
No muffler sounds better
The headaches get old real quick
That knock ✊🏼🤣
nice video ! I have a MagnaFlow cat and muffler installed on my 1998 XJ - seems the FM sounds deeper and a tad more aggressive which I like - your thoughts ? Thanks !
The Flowmaster does have a nice deep tone to it. Not like the v8’s or anything but I like it. Does drone a little bit though
@@RobieWickline yes - fully agree - also lovin' the FMS44 - has a bit drone in the cab, but that's bearable when you have this specific FM deep, throaty tone.
I got the exact same problem.
Like the jeans. I’m working on my 2004 Honda Civic EX coupe….just started today, wish me luck.
You welding is absolutely garbage😭
Thanks for this video, it is helpful to me. I wish you would have shown the bad pump after it was removed, and the evidence of the leak on it.
Fun place, check out South West Ohio Offroad on Facebook. Got a ride planned for the 11th of sept! Do you still go?
I haven’t been in a while. Tied up with work and finishing up school. I’d love to go with you guys sometime next year!
@@RobieWickline that would be cool, look me up on Facebook it's the same name as my RUclips
Exhaust sounds good. Engine sounds a little sad. Valvetrain or cam bearing bad.
These 4.0 liters are known for top end noise. Lifter tick if I remember correctly. Sounds like marbles are in the valve cover but they all sound like that. Still runs like a top
@@RobieWickline I get that. Even my brand new 4.7 stroker is a clatter trap on startup. I guess I'm just paranoid after rebuild #2 on the friggin jeep i6.
@@RobieWickline Mine has 310k miles and doesn't make that noise, but hey, the exhaust sounds nice! Hope the valvetrain noise hasn't been problematic. Try some Lucas oil stabilizer :)
Thanks for this man! I've got a coolant leak, and now I know how to take a look at the engine. That way I can snap some pics or take some video , so when I take it to an auto mechanic, I'll know if they're bsing me or not about what's wrong with it.
Glad I could help!
What kind of impact was you using???
I’ve tried almost everything to get that damn crankshaft bolt off lol
It was just a Ryobi half inch impact. Mine might’ve been easier for some reason
@@RobieWickline They are notorious for beeing impossible to remove, i watched this video like "this dude just removed the cankpulley bolt that easily and didnt even take a victory run" :D
Axle stand in in the wrong place, rear wheel is off the ground, stress on the chasie
I live like a mile away from here
Your lucky my family has to drive an wand 30 min to get there
Water pump
How did you change the water pump without taking off the head of the engine your video is the first one I seen without anyone doing it like this?
You have to take off the alternator, move the power steering pump out of the way, timing cover, timing belt, timing belt tensioner, and you may have to loosen or remove a motor mount I can’t remember. But once all of that stuff is off it’s like 3 bolts to get the water pump out. Put the new one in and put everything back on the way it came off
That’s how you duck up your car 🤫
You never have to take off the head to change the water pump lol, maybe you mean timing belt cover or valve cover :D
Yeah all the others vídeos remove the valve cover but you didn’t awesome thanks
What power tool and attactchment did you use to remove the bolt on the tires?
Do you mean the lug nuts or something else?
@@RobieWickline yes the lug nuts
@@CarlJohnson-wy3tk it’s a Ryobi 3/8 impact driver with a 19mm impact socket I believe
@@RobieWickline thanks bro awesome video btw u have a lot of potential to be a great youtube mecanic
@@CarlJohnson-wy3tk thanks man I really appreciate you saying that! It’s been a while since I’ve picked up the camera. I need to get back into it.
hi robbie thanks for making this video mate
Hope you got something useful out of it!
How many miles does your engine have?
Devante Chambers at the time it had around 162,000. Now it’s at 164,000 and haven’t had any issues! Appreciate the sub btw!
