Hey Mica, I just have one question: where in this video is your “Fueling” part of your Week of Training and Fueling, because I just see intense training with no proper after care or preparation. Maybe consider this before posting nonsense like this because you have such an influence and have the potential to add to continuous problems people have when it comes to figuring out how to properly take care of their bodies. Thanks dear!

Have you ever experienced shin splits? I’ve been on and off running and instead cross training with cycling and strength to keep the cardio up but as I feel better, I want to up the mileage. I want to get a MRI to see if there’s something up because the pain comes and goes. It’s getting better but doesn’t leave permanently.
Get lots of calcium of course, and strengthen the muscles around your shins, like calves, or whatever muscles are around your shins in your lower leg. But I do t know who you are or your exact situation, so whatever you feel you need to do.
Same. I want to know how to get over shin splints. I can't seem to increase mileage without getting awful shin splints.
Alpha Fly. Yes max cushion but carbon plate with Zoom X foam is so exciting to run on. You can hammer away with 100 miles per week and no dead legs.

On Local races 5k/10k wear a gopro and do interactive race footage, i tend to notice alot of Male Running youtubers do it but rarely females.
I have loved the Merrell Nova 2. I don’t know how the updated/newer Nova versions are though. It is an incredibly supportive shoe that isn’t too cushy and it’s got an incredible grippy Vibram sole that wears very well too. Grip is as imperative to me as support on a shoe due to winter running here in Montana. Former sub 3 hour marathoner, 44 y.o.

I like the brooks ghost16. I used to run in asics but now like the brooks a bit more.
Why do you use super shoes for training?
Dude had the same issue with the treadmill at my apartment complex . It allowed me to enter 90 min but stopped after an hour, threw off my flow 😢
