We went to Cley on sea last week and I have never seen so many seals, they even came up to the top gravel and sunbathed 😂😂 caught a few fish but the weather turned and the waves were coming in about three foot. Great video and glad you never blanked.

Nice one Dave got yourself a few fish and some fresh air, fiist place you went looked a bit like where I went the other week beach wise called Withernsea which is just above Hull got there two and a half hour drive got on the beach 6ft plus brown waves stuck it out for 4 hours ended up on top the sea wall which is like Lowestoft behind birdseye and the waves were coming over that. When I got home looked at Gs video and it's a mill pond at Great Yarmouth and catching fish couldn't believe it good to see you back looking forward to weekend video take care 😁👍

Very good video this Dave I’ve just started to sea fish and I found this video very informative. Like you, I like to created-make my own rigs. I find it so rewarding if (not that I have yet caught in the sea) I was to catch on something I’ve created. Just like I tie my own flies for trout fishing.

This is exactly what happened to me the night after fishing Clacton beach. Proper whiting fest all night. Lost count after 20 odd. They were taking all baits, rag, lug, squid even some old frozen sand eel I had left over. Greedy sods were practically swallowing the hooks too. I did manage to get them all back in the water safely though but they were a pain to be honest. I have spent many a night on the beach without even a bite praying for a whiting in the past but it was bloody hard work keeping up with them on Sunday 😂. I was knackered. At one point the bait was in the water for less than 30 seconds before the rods started bouncing and double shots were coming in. Great vid mate. Always nice to see your posts.

Glad to see you back on the beach. I did my latest guide in almost exactly the same spot you fished the Friday before. It was a daylight session and a bit of a struggle fish wise.
