Hi, nothing major at all. Just changed the levers and put on handguards that’s about it. Would love to put a decent exhaust on but can’t justify spending £700 quid when it doesn’t really need it. Plus it would get ruined when we fall off!

Wrong window that's right. Tbh it was Very 1st ever race! Never done anything like it before and only went on a mx track practice day 4 weeks before weston. My biggest worry was drowning the bike and getting it stuck up the far end of the beach in all the boggie stuff like so many others did. After I pulled off the track pushing the bike back to the pits I pushed the starter and it fired up 🤦‍♂️ffs. I just couldnt face going through all that again. Atm I'm saying no to having another go! But that could change🤪

@user-yw8mx5vj2x That case you’re either very brave or bloody mad 😂 I came into the pits after my first lap and very nearly didn’t go back out! But it was much easier after that. Once the memory of how hard it was fades I’m sure you’ll want to do it again. Got to complete a lap 👍

I don't know either if I'm honest 😂 How did you get on when you went back out for a second lap? You going to have another go next year?

I managed 4 laps total. The first took so long my pit crew went to look for me 😂 After that I found it much easier but I was exhausted from the first one. I might well do it again as I feel I could do a lot more having had the experience of doing it.

Sorry, I know! The audio was so bad I had to cut most of it so it would have just been silent. I was gutted as you could have heard how much I actually struggled. Hopefully I’ll find a way to improve the GoPro sound for the future. Give the bike a good pressure wash and it’s fine. No brake pads left on the rear though, and a slight dent in the exhaust otherwise fine.

Thanks, just do it, you only live once. I can say I did it for the rest of my life now. It’s only brutal if you fall off and get stuck 😂

Thanks, yeah it’s all part of it. At least I had the satisfaction of knowing I managed to get it out myself. I’ve definitely learnt to take my time and choose a better route next time.

Thanks, unfortunately the audio was so bad had to put rubbish music over to cover it ☹️ 118 out of 176 in over 40’s and 549 out of 775 overall. More than happy with that! If I’d been smarter and not had so many issues on the 1st lap could’ve done a few more easily. It’s all about picking the right route. I’ve learned a lot so hopefully can improve if I do it again next year. Definitely do it, nothing else like it 👍

@brows1973 still got the beta, I decided not to change it as it doesn’t get used much. Turns out there isn’t really anywhere to ride it around here so more into the Dirtbikes now. More options. Hopefully I’ll get to use the trials bike again sometime though.

We are thinking of getting a drone for our channel do you reccomend the model you are using? there seems to be so many to choose from on the market your footage looks good quality with the one your using.

Hi, yes I would highly recommend it. It’s not the cheapest but for me the added obstacle avoidance and tracking modes were a major selling point having never used one before. This was literally my 2nd time using it, Obviously need to practice more to get better results next time but so easy to start off with. The return to home feature is also amazing. You will probably need more than one battery though.

Hi, not so much on the trials bike anymore, there’s just nowhere to go around where we live. We’ve had to move more onto dirt bikes as there are loads of tracks nearby. Will keep the bike though. Where abouts are you?

@@crashbangbikers honestly it tottally blew my mind, im so green to this whole thing and thaught ( cant be too bad lets see ) my god was i suprised. Brilliant place. I cant get out much at all so i takled the hills last time i was there and made it up a few of them. man iv signed up for that aswell. Iv been ridong around on a 10ten 250rx. I knew nothing about motobikes and couldnt part with alot of money knowing it was going to spend alot of time on the floor. And im using this bike for the 12 hr dawn to dusk race then weston beach race 😅
