As a 49er fan and Alex Smith fan, I would like to thank the Chiefs for giving Alex Smith the opportunity to play. This video is dedicated to Alex Smith and the Chiefs.

Tribute to the most underrated QB in the NFL
It’s hard for 3-4 base D defensive ends to get into the HOF but he was one of the better ones
Patrick mahomes learned a lot from Alex Smith in 2017, the chiefs were very smart by doing that
I would love to meet you someday Alex and talk football that would be a real treat man 4real 4real
Thank you Alex Smith, you were a great team leader and a true professional in every sense of the word!! you never made excuses and never blamed anyone you always tried to get better
One of the best nose tackle this year all the way again and win it $ 5000 00 who wants that bet hit me if you dare!!!!
He ran down the running back did you see that eagles one. wowowowowow. Like HOF you guys suck he should have been in and this highlight film should even have the HOFers in awe. Justin freaking Smith. I figured it out Smith its the name some Niners have a problem with Smiths it seems. I LOVED EVERY ONE OF THOSE SMITHS.
I see some Aldon at the end the smith brothers to bad he didnt follow big bro better
Who ever made this this is one of the best player highlights ever.
Should have been first ballot HOFer my opinion the best to ever do the position of DE If Niners coach watches this, remind Bosa to watch not the sexiest but the best.
pls come out of retirement Cowboy...
One of my favorite players ever mostly because I’m a die hard Missouri fan but this guy was a beast
3:40. Omg lol
I loved watching him play. He would just drive back any lineman. It was already incredible to watch.
bro was just tossing people
We trained all the time coached by Pete Adkins the best coach Ever!
Just imagine if Nick Bosa had a beast like Cowboy lined up beside him
COWBOY! Fucking love that man! Wish we got him a ring, such a dominate beast of a man!
Da Mans Gotta Penitentiary Attitude 💀
He Ended Drew Brees Career😭😭 I’ll Neva forget😭😭😭
Justin “Cowboy” Smith! One of the best Free Agent pickups of all time for SF. Deion was undoubtedly the greatest. But Justin made it possible for Aldon to run wild and anchored the defensive line.
I played with him in highschool
Saints fan here. He had that, "Why the hell are you this strong for no damn reason?" strength. One play that I can remember vividly. Divisional round, My Saints vs. the 49ers (The game that Vernon Davis was snot bubble crying on the sideline after ripping my heart out of my chest on a TD catch at the end of the game.). 9:31- On one play, Justin ran THROUGH my offensive linemen, and while carrying the OLineman like a 1st grader, he snatched Drew Brees like a disobedient child and prevented a completion. Was he a farmer? A lumberjack? What the hell was his problem that he had to be that strong? He scared me the most from that great defense.
Toby Keith playing is perfect😂😂
IMO, the 49ers in 2011 were the best team in football, not the Pats and Packers.
Ok this may sound like a huge lie but Justin is actually my cousin
MIZZOU!
Favorite Justin combo Justin and Aldon or Justin and Ray Mcdonald?
Never seen a player have so much connectivity to the rest of the defense. And still he was the most humble "The Cowboy" is National treasure.
Textbook QB Play. One of the most profound career arcs in NFL history. ASmith #11
Truth of the matter, Smith is a better open field runner than Mahomes.
the song at 12:44 caught me off guard lol shit was hella funny
Smith was such a beast
The Cowboy #94 J.Smith Niners all Day
This is how Fabgio combines a 3/4 NG and DE. The NG has the freedom to line up anywhere up front the DTs adjust accordingly.
this is what Javon Kinlaw and Solomon Thomas were supposed to be....
I miss this guy!!!
Most underrated niner of all time imo
I see a whole lot of roughing the passer penalties in this highlight had he played in this current NFL
Have you ever seen him laugh?
i miss the Smitty Smitty sack that was a insane combo
Love Alex Smith. I truly thought this would be as good as I would EVER have it as a Chiefs fan. I didn’t think there was any way possible that they could become a juggernaut. However Patrick changed everything. Alex Smith taught Patrick everything he knew and it’s truly amazing knowing how much Alex put into teaching Mahomes. Alex will forever be a top 4 QB for the Chiefs. Put numbers up and did it with some mediocre WR talent.
Imagine if he had played along side bryant young #97 😳 scary 😨 to think about in a good way... Man Justin Smith should be in the Hall of Fame just for his brief stint as a 49ers... what he meant to this Defense. He made Aldon Smith look like the next Reggie White. Made his teammates shine with all the attention and I say all the attention... love justin smith and I love this highlight reel
one of my favorite niners when I was growing up.
Chiefs should’ve had at least 3 Super Bowls in the 2000s
In the 2000’s? They werent good in the playoffs in the 2000’s.
thats a stretch brother
A shame his name isn’t brought up more for most dominant D lineman ever.
Smith was just pure power on every play. Kind of slow and plodding, but never was slowed down.
The Cowboy was the engine of that niner D, should be a hall of famer no doubt🏉🦾
Smith ur nxt on da line 4HOF... GUARANTEE.
Man this was the team willis bowman gore goldson Whitner brooks smith
Smith would just tackle multiple people if he couldn't shed a block. Absolute savage.
