Sly Stone medley from the Pee Wee Herman Show which aired on HBO in 1981. BRILLIANT! Totally posted in LOVE.
Rick and Fuby. SF Bay Area comedy act, also appeared on Mork and Mindy. Ruby would retire to pursue a PhD in communications!
a laugh track ? why ?
R.I.P Paul Reubens it sucks your gone
Ok man
Pee Wee was so talented. Sorry he left so early.
Never gets old
Check that sneaky hip caress Pee Wee made on the guy as he enters. Lol.
lol, gotta love Groundlings man!
The David Bowie of Comity Joy flowed over me.
Damn that guy was hysterical!! Miss his humor and shows
Out -f---ing standing! I was searching for Jambi and came across this. I cannot believe that this is the very first time I saw this. People say what you want. This guy had talent and a good writing team. He created a character and ran with it. Much like Andy Kaufman. We used to get stoned on Saturday mornings and watch the play house. And Bob Ross too. Here we are 40 years later getting stoned and watching old clips of P.W. He was way ahead of his time.
Incredible and a funny way to introduce or reintroduce someone to Sly and the family stone. I believe Pee Wee was a cartoon character come to life and like cartoons sometimes underneath they were meant for the adults to catch. The TV series was genius.
Pee-Wee is so one of a kind! So crazy funny!
Atrocious.
Sheldon vibes lol 😆
Is that Lyle Lovett or Crispin Glover?
Dude on the flamingo strat was badass
Pee Wee is just Soo Rare & Lovable❣️♥️🤩♥️
who are the other two performers in this sketch/music? thanks
All 3 are frickin' HILARIOUS!!!
Unbelievable!
I've always loved Pee-wee - the more you watch, the funnier things become. The world isn't the same without him, but I'm thankful we've got visual reminders of his incredible genius, both serious and comedic. Years ago, in the SFV, I saw Sly and the Family perform in a small bar. I think he would've loved this rendition. RIP, Mr. Reubens thanks for sharing.
His stage show is just as hilarious to me now as it was when I first saw it all those years ago, brilliant
Meant to say groped his ass
I love how pewee dropped his ass😮
HaHaHa.... I Forgot About This... Oh This is Just Too Much.. I Absolutely Love it.. Hilarious..Pure Genius.. R.I.P. Paul 'Pee Wee Herman" Rubens 💖💖
I voted for Paul for president in 2016.
the gentelman on the right sounds just like larry Graham! 1:57
That was soooo cool
Oh, my God, I miss him. This is SO FUNNY! Pee Wee is the most brilliant character ever invented. Paul was brilliant.

Unfortunately Peewee and bobert have something in common now! They were both in a hands-me-down theater! 😬😲😨😱😥😳😵
I LOVE that show!!! I always watched and enjoyed every minute!!!❤❤❤❤
Sang!!!!!!!!!
There will only be one Pee Wee forever!
This is eternal.
Rick & Ruby with PeeWee - he's sitting in on their typical act, saw them in a little Santa Cruz club when I was going to UC Santa Cruz so long ago ...
I miss Pee Wee shows
How very campy.
great stuff, way past most everyday sitcom or late night fare, but WHO are the other two musicians?
I miss him.❤
Paul Reubens was a genius. Good to see he is still appreciated for his vision.
Kinda crunchy, impression, and expected of white folks.
i remember watching this special on HBO over & over & over
I'm three minutes in and laughing so hard I can't see the screen 😂😅🤣
-toooooo much hahaha
"Different strokes for different folks" later had a different meaning regarding Pee Wee Herman...
She so reminds me of Jan Hooks.
Luv this!
