@@cars-xi6gy more in depth than replacing just the hubs, you would have to replace the front knuckles, control arms, hubs & struts, possibly sub frame too. Doesn’t make sense when I can just use the axle ends.

Stock turbo? I had to get a 2.6-2.91” t-bolt clamp to secure mine completely but I have a samco inlet hose

@@user-pm9mz6dw3i it is the stock turbo, from what I can remember the stock clamp was a tight squeeze on. As for the silicone hose, I do understand what your saying about the worm gear eating it up, A T-bolt clamp is a good idea. The silicone hose is also a lot tougher than the OEM one. I ended up getting rear ended and the car was written off a few months after this video.

@@Kamshaft Sorry to hear it man! Yeah for anything past 10lbs levels i'd recommend T-Bolt clamps. Tight af and the hose will never move. Mines still goin strong besides the other handful of issues lmao

@@user-pm9mz6dw3i Just something to consider, the turbo inlet pipe sucks in air, so it is not actually under pressure, only vacuum. The air is only under "pressure" once it hits the other side of the turbo charger compressor wheel and exits the compressor side of the turbo charger. So there is really no need for a "T bolt" clamp! This is also why this hose tearing causes engine drivability issues such as a "lean condition" as it is sucking un-metered air into the engine (sucking air after the MAF sensor) and throws everything out wack in regards to the air fuel ratios.

@@yl-01 Experience & I replaced the fluid 3x once was less than a 1000km interval and that oil came out silver/glitter in colour.

@@addisondodson4676 maintenance & repair parts I buy from rock auto or FCP Euro! You have to be cautious what you order off rock auto cause some of the stuff is really cheap and will not last. As for mods it varies, I usually prowl the web until I find what I’m looking for or what I think is the best deal! I use eBay, Alibaba, ECS tuning, garagetastic etc

Yes it is, you can actually swap a 3.5 for a 3.7 pretty easily, motor is about 1/3 the cost.

The 3.5 is in all the accords too and i owned a 2012 v6 accord with the 3.5…not a single fucking issue what so ever.. even waited once on a oil change for 6 months and car ran smooother then butter.. only thing is ur losing the awd

@@hamzakhawaja5035 How would you lose the awd? If the engine bolts up to the transmission, I would assume the awd hardware is still there. Serious question. I’m actually considering swapping to a 3.5 on my awd manual if it ever came to that (it’s burning oil; 3.5 does not have that issue) Also, I read that the heads from the 3.7 would fit on the 3.5.

@@Kamshaftoh I’m not. Bc I was having the same issue. No boost. Then tuner told me to double tap brake then gas. It worked. From second gear bc you can build more boost

Yes, this is the most cost effective way to build a stage 3 pump, unless you want to buy one pre-built.
