Yeah that's a problem with Frontier in general, either your triggers work or they don't.

Not sure if this applies to PC as well, but I had this issue on my steam deck, and the solution I found was to switch the functions of the L2/R2 with L1/R1 respectively. Hope this helps

@@victorribeiro1220 which ones? Some are translated because their dialogue matters. Others aren't. As long as you can read the necessary dialogue and quests, that's all that matters. Just follow the guides

Nah that is just a bunch of metal bits held together by webbing. The EDW is a living monstrosity made up of like 30 wyvern stitched together.

I have no faith in Nexon to do things that benefit the player, however your other point is fair. I admit I genuinely forgot how long crafting times are because I speed them up with platinum. However, the premium currency trading system in Warframe is what makes that possible so I'd still say crafting is in favor of Warframe.

I understand where you're coming from, but one of the best parts about Warframe is that there's no endgame because there's always more content being added imo. That being said, idk what's been added in TFD since I dropped it, but that weapon level transfer system is just too big a deal breaker for me unfortunately 😔

If you don't vibe with Warframe's visual aesthetic then yeah there's not really much that can be done about that. I'd still say there's probably a better game than TFD you could play though unless literally all you care about is waifus, in which case go nuts I guess.

Thanks for the clarification! I went looking for a reason as to why I kept getting focused down when I had all of my minions out and all I could find was the toughness thing so I assumed that's all there was to it. Also good to hear later Elder Dragon fights are better, I'm hoping to get around to Heart of Thorns in the near future!

Tbh you can get to G Rank and play with the new weapons in like 10 hours, but yah Frontier is definitely something to experience in small amounts

Are you playing on a public server or your own? The community edition client is prepatched with the translation now. As for the controller thing what problem are you having?

@@reinverseVT I Got the game to be in English, but it took me awhile to get a controller to work. I dont know what you mean if Im on a public server? I join the "International" one on the loader. Im not familiar with other servers?

Oh wow you're just raw dogging the game huh. Typically you'd bind a character on a public server's discord (like Rain) which would also have the most recent community edition of the client and links to further patches (currently the My Tore and Diva quest line translations are a separate download). I might make a video on controller issues though because I know some people have trouble getting the triggers to work which makes opening some menus impossible without rebinding.

I do still recommend joining the discord for the server you're playing on and binding your character that way you can back it up and even transfer to another server down the line if you choose. Not sure who runs "International" tho

I referenced the wiki a lot during my playthrough tbh, mostly for drops and mitama skills so I wouldn't waste time doing the wrong stuff. Super cool that it exists at all!

@@juandeluna1976 I'd say drop rates are about the same as mainline but it's way more grindy since it's a decade worth of content

My advice would be to use your partner at the very least if you're intending to play alone tbh

@@reinverseVT definitely, Partner is a GODSEND specially when mixed with support items and weapons the silver and golden lavasioth would be IMPOSSIBLE without a partner haha

@@reinverseVT I did. They added a new weapon that acts a bit like Charge Blade in Monster Hunter. I feel the story was much improved as well. It's also open world, so I'm looking forward to see how Wilds does its open world. There's other new weapons like a whip and the demon claw is a lot like Nero's arm in DMC4.

I wouldn't be surprised if nearly every large monster in DD2 used animations from Monster Hunter tbh, if you've got dragon animations already why make more?

@@ryanator7935 Lance McDonald got that shit running at a crisp 60fps on PS4, if vanilla Bloodborne doesn't run well that's a skill issue on From's part tbh. My point still stands, the fur and hair in Bloodborne is ass compared to World's. Vicar Amelia lookin like a whole string mop.
