The Liberation Place is an interactive RUclips channel that is designed to provide entertaining content intended to educate and motivate people to change behaviour patterns that are addictive, compulsive, or obsessive, and being used as coping mechanisms for underlying issues. This channel was set up by me, Steven Morris, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, Canada. It contains references, and links, to all of the work I do, including the free online meetings I facilitate every week.

Finding a balnced, well rounded, support network is key to Living the Life we Want to Live!!
In any support network, balance is key. Not only do we want people who know what we are going through, and can support us in our journey with empathy and compassion, we also need people who challenge our point of view so we donlt exist in an echo chamber, as well as people we have things in common with in areas of life that are important to us.
