It's a 40 minute walk from Max Metro to Dubai Frame, not 10 minutes. You have to walk all the way around the park to get to the frame. You can't walk through the park to get to the frame. The park is for people who paid for the frame to enjoy after the frame. It's not a public European style park.

It’s a very large area and so many attraction. So you will need a full day if you want to explore all of it… so you should plan early morning… you can rent buggy so you don’t need to walk on the mid day heat… and can enjoy whole day. And it will take you more then an hour to reach from sukumvit area. So plan accordingly…
