If you are comfortable with the Metro, you don't take it to Al Jadaf to go to Wafi for sure - So don't go to Al Jadaf Metro station though - it is impossible to reach Wafi by foot from there, go to Dubai Healthcare City... then it's just just 5-6 minutes walk to Wafi
