    There are too many different references in this, hard to keep up attention. It is a monologue without editing. The unnecessary repeated foul language eventually finished me off. There is little merit in the film, picture, sound, editing presentation. The chef makes some interesting observations, but it is lost in an enormous word salad, peppered with name dropping. Chef has a monotonous intonation. His standards are professional and moral. Cheffing is really difficult work, hot, unappreciated. It's really difficult to maintain interest during this video though...

    A mixture of radishes, lettuce and carrots seeds grown in rows is good because the radishes will come up first, and you can eat the whole thing, then the lettuces will pop up, then the carrots, again you can eat the whole thing - the leaves make great pesto! 👍

    Also potatoes. Potatoes are plant and water. You just need an area big enough. They’ll grow basically anywhere from Texas to green land

      Your comment is actually hilarious, so thanks for the laugh. I mean it’s fairly obvious you need oil to cook the onions and as for cross contamination, I was cooking for myself so I believe with that in mind I could only really contaminate myself. Also……… if the video was so bad why did you watch the entire episode? Happy Christmas you naughty little troll.

    At last some one who knows what his talking about his passion for food and how it should be grown and how the the food grown should taste like with out all the chemicals pumped into the earth as all the nutruments within the foods are stripped by over farming the soils in this country..must go place to experince great taste and how the food is grown fair play to this no beat around the bush chef..and green mich..
