Led Zeppelin - Royal Albert Hall January 9, 1970 (Condor 1989)

Friday, 8:00 p.m. January 9th, 1970 - Jimmy's birthday. Toasted Condor label, 1989 VHS, same footage as seen in Celebration's 2002 release "Early Visions" but with rougher film and audio. This show needs no recommendation, the playing is hot and the band is firing on all cylinders tonight ~ it's Jimmy's 26th birthday party! From the first notes of We're Gonna Groove up to the last hints of Long...
Dr. Hook & the Medcicine Show - Dancing With The Mad (Bal hos de gale)
Просмотров 69 тыс.10 лет назад
(PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS THE SAME VIDEO I UPLOADED 3 WEEKS AGO, ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THIS IS A LITTLE LESS GLITCHY) Dr. Hook & the Medicine Show performing at either the Tivoli Concert-hall or the Falcon Theatre. This performance was filmed sometime in 1974 and aired on the Danish broadcasting channel DR on April 11th, 1975. This is the same video that Jason Hi added, only it hasn't been edited ...
Dr. Hook - Old Grey Whistle Test 1975 full(ish)
Просмотров 50 тыс.10 лет назад
A now obsolete (thanks to BBC for re-releasing the archived show recently) attempt at giving a full performance of Dr Hook's 1975 theatre performance for OGWTS. The show does start with a "chipmunked" version of Millionaire as the band poke fun at Bay City Rollers in their tartan and scarves, but the rest of the audio is at proper pitch - though the volume has for some reason been lowered to ne...

Dr. Hook & the Medicine Show - Life Ain't Easy
Просмотров 67 тыс.10 лет назад
Rare footage of Dr. Hook performing "Life Ain't Easy" from Onkel Johns børn, an old 6 part 1974 Danish music documentary television special.
How do you follow up that performance with a mere comment…
This is one of my top 5 bands
Still love ya dennis
Talk about stoned ?! 12:39 12:40
Most underrated group ever !!
THIS... is EVERYTHING! THANK YOU!
I bet with those moves Ray could really make love. ❤
Brilliant! I love the high-pitched intro even if I don't quite understand it - Helium? Something to do with the mics? And are they making fun of the BeeGees? Or just being goofy? 🎸🎶🎹
This group has passion for what they do. They must have been great to see live, gritty and true.
Looking like it was fun singing!
Я всегда был поклонником Dr. Hook! Но сегодня я услышал много новых замечательных песен! Сейчас уже мало помнит эту великолепную команду... Вы в моей душе и сердце! Люблю Вас Dr. Hook!!!
Love them they are such an inspiration to me I sung one of their songs on my channel.. Cover of the Rolling Stone ..thank you great channel peace ✌️👍
OMG!! They are so stoned! Aren’t they? I can’t work them out!
Thanks for posting this 👍
Ive been searching for this live perfornace since I broke from the womb and gained knowledge of music.
I loved the close ups of the band members singing
I think Penicillin Penny is there BEST song as a group. You gotta Love George
This Band is so Awesome and so under rated
I Love George all he wanted was a beer
oh they were the best!
never heard it before!
Every time I hear Dr Hook my mind drifts back to a much simpler time and place. Love Dr Hook, so under rated, never got the recognition they deserved. Rip Billy and Ray.
🤣🤣🤣 Hats! No t-shirts, hats! Love it!
We have now lost John Wolters 1997, Jance Garfat 2006, Billy Francis 2010, Rod Smarr 2012 and Ray Sawyer 2018. All incredible musicians.
I missed the original broadcast since I was away at sea in 1975. However the BBC have been broadcasting reruns of the OGWT and this was last night's offering. Great stuff.
Ray Sawyers eyepatch is my spirit animal
It's wonderful to have such memories. In former times I attended a lot of concerts. Have a suitcase full of wonderful, funny nights. Great youth.
The Brilliant Dr Hook.
Play at 0.75 speed to make it (more or less) listenable.
I love these guys! Making music and having fun. My first concert at Rapides Parish Coliseum in Alexandria, Louisiana 1976 or 77. Talked my Dad into purchasing ticket for $5 at Piggly Wiggly when we were getting groceries. Dr Hook, Joe Cotton, and 38 Special! Rock on!
Great band !!! I enjoyed doing a cover had fun did more than one version couldn't resist .. here to share with you !! Thanks for sharing the bootleg taps ! ruclips.net/video/lsW8UW6BO8E/видео.html
I like this because the lyrics tell the harsh reality of life but the singing is cheerful. It encourages me to try harder.
Love this ♥️
🥀🖤🥀AMAZING GUYS I LOVE THESE GUYS SO MUCH🥀🖤🥀✌☝️
Magical to listen too, magical to watch RESPECT TO the DR ✊
love how fkin stoned and drunk they were and still one of the best bands out there
So stoned.. but still awesome!!
My mom was the one who introduced me to Dr. Hook. She passed. Thanksgiving Day last year and I am listening to this music and re-living some fine memories... I was hoping"The Wonderful Soup Stone" was here, but this'll do just fine!!!
21.12..."we drank money free"........not like Andy to get his words mixed up.
Keep on getting on
the quality of video is great.
These guys were great
There all Awesome,,Love em
Content is good but sound is so low I can't enjoy it
Is Andy Irvine not one of the very finest singers and musicians of all times, Well I think he is and I am a man who loved/loves Thin Lizzy, Phil Lynott, Rory Gallagher Van that man & his cousin Jim Morrison and the Doors, including my Celtic cousin John Forgery & CCR, Mink DeVille, Bob Dylan, and many others, All my friends and most of my enemies tell me that I have excellent taste of the most brilliant music and it is for this reason I say again that Andy Irvine not one of the very finest singers and musicians of all times
These guys know how to have fun and rock n roll lol
They were the best!!
