I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one that fly's topless.. lol

Help me, I can’t find your full video
Here you go: “Flying to Oshkosh | 2022 Part 1” ruclips.net/video/TeIAyAx5Jcs/видео.html
I enjoy much more when you produce your regular full time videos, That’s my feeling.
Definitely more coming don’t worry!
Congratulations! 😊
Thank you!! 😊
“It’s better to have a short life that is full of what you like doing, than a long life spent in a miserable way.” Allan Watts. My ‘short life’ began at 60 when I finally got my Pilot Certification. My life will be full from now on 😊
Well said. Glad you found your way to live!! ◡̈
Which rating is this? Congratulations, BTW. 😊
It was my CFII! Thank you!!
1st. Can’t open the door while on the wing
So cool! How’s it feel to have the control stick on your left side arm rest? 🤣😊
Cozy!
Amazing🎉🎉❤ i want to play a pilot when im older
Ah me too!
Awesome ❤️🇺🇸😊
😍😍😍
That must have been fun, though probably a usual day at the office for you 😊.
It’s so impressive to me how aviators can jump into different airframes and avionics. I trained in a PA28-180 with the standard 6 pack. Then my flying club brought on a couple of C172s with glass panels. I love flying high wings because of the great views (not so much in the pattern). But the transition was really fun getting checked out in a different kind of aircraft and avionics. My flying club just brought on a C182 that I’m looking forward to getting checked out in the couple weeks. It’ll be a high performance rating (220hp fuel injection) that I’ll be very proud of. Greetings from F70. Thx for sharing your flying adventures 😃👍🏻
Awesome that’s too fun. Congrats on the next rating! Happy flying ◡̈
Is she still taking lessons for her twin engine typed rating?
Nope I've been rated for years but my dad will always be my instructor and give his advice ◡̈
Just found this video, because of the Oshkosh 2024 videos you did, up to Lacrosse anyways. Looking forward to the Lacrosse to Oshkosh. I grew up about 1+ hours north of Lacrosse and spent some time in Rochester, and lived in the Twin Cities for 20 years. You're right, most people don't make videos like this. I'm glad you made to help yourself and other people, even me to some extent. The first x-country move was for college. The next 2 x-country moves were for my wife's jobs. And lots of local moves for various reasons, like you and nearly everyone. Thank You for your openness and vulnerability in this video. I hope everything is working well for you.
Aw I love that you shared some of your journey. Moving is tricky for any reason but it's worth it for the right people as im sure you're well versed in. Hope you're well. Enjoy the ride ◡̈
carlee how you got this much rich...
Great content, nice to have a no nonsense PIC 🙂
@@maesc2001 I am nothing but nonsense but glad you enjoy! 😂 ☺️
Would love to hear more about the plane. What is it? Is it your father’s plane? Are the people you are flying beside new friends or old .
It's a 1964 Beechcraft Baron (B55)! My parents have had this plane since I was 4 years old so I actually grew up in this plane! The people we are flying next to are a mix of new and old friends - were all headed to la crosse, wisconsin for the mass bonanza arrival into Oshkosh. We all have flown formation clinics together and have been through the same training to be able to safely fly next to each other!
@@carleeszarek thank you really enjoy
Great photography. Cool flying in formation 🤙🤙
Thank you!!
Hey friends! Drop a comment to share your favorite part of cross country flights. Mine is sharing the adventure w friends and family ◡̈
Too bad I didn't know you had an overnight at BFF. I would have come and said hello.
Awesome, the scenery and flight amazing. The landing at the end was great. Well done. Shout out to your parents!!!!!
Ahhh thank you!! Glad you enjoyed! Massive shoutout to the creators 🤘🏼
@@carleeszarek Absolutely 👍
Nice video Carlee, is your dad a commercial pilot?
Yes! He's commercial & ATP and also the best IA out there!
So like, you never answered my comment on your other video. Is there a man in your life orrr….?
big 1
Awesome. Are you in a baron? I’m guessing you had power dialed way back so not to outrun the bananas.
Yes! Haha massively but its worth it to fly with the buddies!
My personal choice would be to not fly formation and to be able to watch weather, enjoy the view, monitor the engines, etc. Seems Dad could help with some of that, but still... And did you all have formation cards?
Sounds like you'd be a great lead! My dads monitoring everything as we cruise along because im just looking at lead! Yeah everyone is FFI rated except me lol but my dad is!
Nice video. Very enjoyable to watch. You are both great pilots. I couldn’t tell but I think you pushed in the mixtures to full rich at landing out of habit which caused the left engine to shut down and feather due to the high density altitude, yes? Liked and subscribed
Thanks for watching! Glad to have you! Not full rich just a low idle after low power settings (flying w slower planes) and oil pressure caused the auto feather! Definitely killer high density altitude too!
@@carleeszarek I’ll be flying my Aztec from Chicago to Phoenix this fall/winter and dealing with that high DA. Stay safe.
Most enjoyable flight with pops
Good times good times
Thank you for the insight 🤍 I am very grateful to see a woman so passionate about her job.. this is my ultimate goal, really ❤🔥 I am very excited about studying aerospace/mechanical engineering at Canada or US and currently comparing the universities. I would love to get a job in the space or aviation sector, but as an international student I am aware that large tech companies might prefer citizens. Could you (or anyone that has relevant information) give some explanation and details if that is really so and how is the field of engineering for international students? I do know that it's huge, competitive, and challenging, but still I don't feel like I am aware enough about the level of competition and what type of job I might end up doing. If anyone could explain this to me, talk about their experience, university, and what type of work they do.. I would be very grateful!! Thank you in advance ;)
For US aerospace industry, you must have citizenship or permanent resident, so basically a no go for aerospace for international students.
must be hot in that plane
Great job Carlee!
It warms my heart to see you flying my dad's old plane. My dad & 2 friends bought N8091L back in 1972. I have so many wonderful memories in that plane. I live in north county (San marcos) and am also a woman Engineer. Next time you have the plane in San diego I would love to come see her if you're willing to connect.
Love this <3 So glad we've connected!
Mam do you earn 150k dollars a year? Plz reply. Thanks a lot.
The unknown military aircraft (11:54) is a german made Dornier Do 27. The plane with the german military markings PE+114 (serial no. 211) was built in 1958 and I am surprised to see it on an airport in the USA. Greetings from Germany.
Dad laser focused on takeoff making sure that Baron is not putting up any funnybusiness on his watch.
Always looking out for me! We love to see it
Such a good looking paint job in that baggage door🤗
Couldn't agree more!
Your videos always put a smile on my face - you guys seem like such genuinely kind and awesome people! Thanks for taking us all along on the flight!
Aw that's so lovely! Thanks for watching along ◡̈
Love your videos. Such a great family.
Thank you so much!
Legit video and best one I’ve seen for pre flighting into there. I’m flying in tomorrow in my RV plane. I’ll be up there all weekend. Great flight planning and you’re a damn good pilot. Loved hearing the fuel stop after take off as I wondered how heavy you were for take off. Made this video that much more legit. Awesome job 🤙🏼 Let me know if you ever head to San Diego or Havasu. Have places out there. Maybe Tahoe too if I like it.🤠
Rad!! Have a good flight - thanks for the positivity! Tahoe is epic you'll love it!
@@carleeszarek just landed! 🤙🏼 You helped me get in here. 🙏🏼
@@RaceMentally Woo! Have the best time!
@@carleeszarek it was a blast! Well, I landed at Columbia and got a flat today. So changing that now. DA was about 7700 today on takeoff at Tahoe. Besides that all good 🤙🏼😅
My people!!
Soooo, when you going to bring the Cessna east? Nice seeing my old homestead.
Who knows! Maybe late summer!
Nice sightseeing flight 👍👍
so much fun
no :)
You are so beautiful, do what you want in life.
Does this mean I will not get to see you anymore? I hope not.
