Video Pictures Mix #4 "The Boogie To The Oogie Top Funk Train"
Second video mix today, this time I tried using my one turntable set up to create a proper mix. I pause my OBS recording while switching. Cut out the silences and added crossfades in Davinci.
Where there's a will theres a way! Never let lack of funds or equipment stop you from creating with what you have, even if it takes forever to figure out lol.

Video Pictures Mix #3 - The Twilight Zone Meets Stable Diffusion & VDMX5
Просмотров 96Год назад
GOOD HECKIN NEWS YALL I finally got the hang of VDMX5 and midi mapping my AKAI APC 25 to it. This is my first output from it, using my Twilight Zone record. Clips made in Stable Diffusion Deforum (with Auto1111). Mix used VDMX5 and OBS to record. Using the behringer UFO202 to record audio directly from my turntable to OBS and VDMX5 for Audio Analysis. Did the live video switching and had progra...
Video Pictures Mix #2 "The Afro-Cuban Hard Beat All Stars"

18 minutes of practice using VDMX5 OBS to capture. Clips and images created using Stable Diffusion Automatic 1111 on my computer. Using those SD generated clips and images I mixed them live via VDMX5 with audio analysis of my Stanton CDJs c304. I have a lowly Mackie Mix 5 and was basically just playing with the line volume levels in order to mix..... LOL so yeah but hey its a start! Music: Afro...
Video Pictures Mix #1 - "The Eyes of Truth" by Enigma - VDMX

I set up a pair of old Stanton CDJs from the early 00s and also a midi device so that I could try and get audio reactive visuals while I mixed video live. All these clips were made by me and then mixed in VDMX5 using a 4 Layer template they have. I was able to have four layers on at once and just switched the clips when I felt like it lol. The song is from the 1993 album by Enigma "The Cross of...

Using OBS and VDMX to live mix video loops music from my turntable. The song is 'Funk de Fino' by Gypsy (1994 - Made in England) Let me know what you think of the song. I have been working towards setting up a live video performance while I also DJ or something. Practicing for now.

Ai cowboys: a disco dream diffusion test
Просмотров 1362 года назад
I've been running some light tests on Disco Dream Diffusion. I have a story I want to try and build using all Ai. I don't know why but I am fascinated by the technology and my inability to use it. The error/trial run is frustrating but very satisfying once you get *something*. Here are some clips I put together from 4 different runs at the same concept. Ai Cowboys. There has to be a wild west v...

video synthesis - eddie noack "psycho"
Thanks for this video I’m going to make one and this makes me feel like I can probably pull it off
What type of cable is it?
hey really enjoyed this video. I want to have a try making this as well
really cool project! is it possible to sync the two video inputs so that they can both be seen clearly? like say for example two drone cameras that have rca output but different color filters on the camera, then combine their video into one?
Great instructions! I just ordered the parts, can't wait to start glitching my little heart out.
Amazing!
Such a vibe
These are colors are tasty!
Congrats on your experiment! you're inspiring me to give this a try
Yo! Don't avoid using flux, so soldering will be of higher quality.
what does it do? stronger connection?
@@JimmyHandtrixx yeah, but not only. Flux removes the oxide film that prevents soldering and causes overheating
Rad
hmm cant hear the music
It starts off pretty low but it gets higher but yeah I’m gonna make sure the next one it’s better
@@guavaberry ah i see! my mistake :D can hear it now. very trippy B)
@@jjjjulian thank you :)
woah mesmerizing :o
haha really cool to see someone try soldering/electronics as a beginner, brings memories. cool video btw =)
Aw thank you so much :) I recently had to fix it lol
Okay I feel dumb asking but what rca colors did you hook up, where?
You wanna use the yellow part that’s for video
@@guavaberry thank you! So one yellow from video in on the tv to the tv out on the box?
@@megan8494 exactly yes, then the yellow input on your video device goes to the two inputs on the mixer, if you want audio just use those other cables into an Audio device like a mixer that’s what I did recently, should I make another video about it?
@@guavaberry Thank you so much, you the best. And sure! id be up for seeing that!
i liked it.
Thank you so much :) I’m working on more material for this channel
Did you use a crt or lcd screen for the demo?
im guesing based on the rca conenctors, its a crt
you should watch nope if you havent already. this reminds me of it
Ah yes, the drumcorps falling forward mixer, I call it. Veeery noice!
Lol!
@@guavaberry also guess what I GOT A MIXER JUST TODAY
I want this on a 10 hour loop
gives me ideas.....
thank you :)
Thanks for this vid! Imma try to complete something in my life for once too now
Well done! Thank you for making this video and sharing your journey! You have inspired me!! Also, love that you tested it with Star Trek 🖖😎
aw thank you so much!! I love Star Trek :)
this is awesome.
thank you! I am working on some new videos for this channel :)
Yo this is super sick!!! Im gonna build one this week and make a vid!!
let me know when you do!!!
wow this is super cool, are you on twitter or is this the main hub for what you do art wise?
I'm kinda all over the place lol! my instagram is @divalacubana I dont use it much currently but have stuff in the works, Im just shy :p
Was this made using the dirty video mixer you created?
Actually in Premiere Pro ;D
Love this, great choice in music and visuals. BX or be next 🤙🏾
This makes me want to do a project! I started getting all the stuff I need to make my own little circuits but got too busy with work and school
SAAAAme, i have all the parts for my version 2. SOOOON i will make it and the video to accompany as well, ive had the parts since last year!!
You have found a huge huge fan in me lol
Wonderful
Thank you :) ☺️
thisss is deymm goodd!!! Exactly my kind of aesthetic n vibe! keep up the great work:>
Thank you! Will do!
So much flair and personality went into this, and its' still very informative and straight forward. Thankyou!
Thank you so much :) I am gonna try to make a new version soon
That's rad, do you think you could make one with like 4 inputs?
I think so!
This is a true work of art. I'd love to see a video on how you did this.
Coming soon!
I love every video in your channel. I write this dead comment under my favourite. I'd love to know what in the experimental cinema has caught your attention lately and why. I want to think in possible worlds were i'm making these effects but not doing any of them really. Bye xoxo :)
Wicked stuff :)
thank you!!
very nice shortfilm *_*
Thank you!
Please check your gmail. Thanks.
What message am I looking for?
Thanks for sharing. I hope family videos and photos are saved for history too.
ive gotten so much more into archival process now too, I feel like its definitely an inherent part of our species :) even down to cave drawings when you think about it
So cool! I wanna build one!
you should!!
Beautiful piece. Congratulations. Work for digital video?
Yes! It depends exactly what kind of digital Video you refer to. But let’s say you want to use your computer or camera you can use an RCA to HDMI adaptor. For my DSLR I had to use a MINI HDMI to HDMI and then connect that to the RCA to HDMI to get it thru the mixer!
I watched the entire video Diva! & I loved it. -Destiny 😘😘
Love you Destiny :)
@@guavaberry love you too!😘
This is great little passive project for your first time!! Electronics are really fun to work with!! Here's to many more projects. Thanks for the video.
Thank you so much Doug!! I definitely want to build more and hopefully document the process again 🙏🏽
Where can I find a quality hmdi to rca adapter for say, a DSLR? If I wanted to hook one up to a video mixer.
I use mine with my DSLR too! Just look up RCA to HDMI and it will pop up on Amazon, they vary in pricing. I got mine in person at PC Richardson as when I made this video it was still quarantine times in NYC and I wanted to not order online/support a local spot.
@@guavaberry Thank you! I've been trying to find an alternate way to involve cameras in my video mixing experiments (I had an old JVC i used to use but it unfortunately gave out) and the DSLR stuff you were doing in your video looks awesome!
@@bradleyjohnson8780 thank you so much! I really want to get back into it and keep using this channel to upload videos. Not sure if they will all be like this but lol I enjoyed it and am so glad I made this. Btw the rca to hdmi I use it by using an HDMI cable to the camera and then plug the other end to the hdmi/rca adapter since my canons use the mini hdmi I had a special cable for that but with older cam corders you should be fine. If you Check out the “synthesized memories” video I uploaded right after making this video for my experimental film class and at the time my neighbor gave me an old VHS camera which I plugged into the mixer using one of those adapter as well
🔥🔥🔥
aww glad you made it! Looks great
Wow! Thank you so much Eva that means a lot coming from you, your video helped me a lot. <3
Brilliant video!
the colors you get out of your mixer seem a lot darker, as opposed to some really bright and rainbow-y ones i've seen (I like yours much better). Do you know why that is? I'd like to make mine get similar results to yours
That’s interesting. I would be willing to set up an experiment to test out why! I have feeling it might be because of our display. I was using my smart tv for this because I didn’t have any other choice. I would like to try out with CRT screens because I think it would the best option for this device
i thinks its beacause of the footage she blend
Welcome to the electronics hobby! I was grinning the whole video hearing you pleased with yourself at what you'd learned and excited to be doing your first electronics project! My dad taught me to solder when I was eight, and I forget sometimes how magical it all is when it's new. I can't wait to see what else you get up to!
yo! thank you your video is really helpful as i'm planning to solder my own video mixer too, could you do a video where you show your setup? it would be awesome and also helpful! <3
Thank you! I have been thinking of making another video again soon. By set up do you mean the set up for mixing and recording the videos? Lol I would do something like that but I don’t really have a “set up” like a desk with a whole thing you’d see on RUclips. But if you mean the set up for the mixing I can possibly make a video about that! I’ve also been wanting to make another mixer since I made this one. I’m going to be screening a video I made with the mixer soon if you’d like I can share the details with you!
@cihannn getting ready to shoot that set up video and will be making another mixer for it!
Soooo sickkkk cool
Thank you!
