Cforce 1000 RJWC Motor Mount
Просмотров 23728 дней назад
In today’s video, we’ll be installing the RJWC motor mount on our CFMoto CForce 1000. This is a simple upgrade that only takes about 10 minutes to complete. This upgrade helps eliminate exhaust vibration and motor flex in these machines. I highly recommend installing one if you have an RJWC exhaust. Hello guys! I just checked your website,do you guys ship to Europe ( Romania)? I would love a set of these ❤
@@Mariano00132 we don’t currently, possibly reach out to LZparts on Facebook
What kind of taillights are those
my buddy says cf moto is the harbor frieght of atv's but your's looks pretty badass man. sounds good too
I personally own both a Can-Am and a CFMOTO, and honestly, there are several things CFMOTO does better. With a few simple mods, these cfmoto’s can become incredibly enjoyable machines that can easily hang with the big boys.
Was a Great day , cforce is working good
Nice video. What kind of taillights do you have?
@@coldragoon there my own , there available at myliftergarage.com/collections/taillights
great video
ya some clutching adjustments and that cforce will be a ripper whats all involved in stage 5 kit ? cams, intake, clutching ? and what peak rpm do those cams make power at
Peak power is at 8000 rpm , stage 5 is cams , intake , header , airbox mod
@@myliftergarage3340 nice! i recently just installed used ron woods drop in cams in my 09 outty 800r they claim peak power at 7800-8200Rpm so I set shiftout to 8000Rpm but may need to go on dyno as I feel it pulls alright but not enough down low torque so may make power lower
Cf moto 1000,ne Can Am
Show the whole quad
@@bigdaddy490 check out our channel have a build series going with this bike
Interested in this mod. I don't want anything super loud. I like the way the stock exhaust sounds so if it's a little louder and deeper that's what I'm looking for
Yeah it's just slightly louder , does also slightly improve exhaust flow .
Hello. Did you still use that black factory end on new hose or just run longer hose with open end?
@@atv-mikkoi no you want open end , this allows pressure to release better
@myliftergarage3340 ok, thanks for the info! I did raise it already next to the snorkel, but left the black end on. Now I’m gonna take it off and put it next to the other 4 breathing tubes 👍🏻
Great build for first episode👍 put a hiisi radiator relocetor kit and vauhit varikko stage 3 mud or skeg moster clutch kit but you lifted cf soo put skeg monster its for bigger tires like 34 35 inch and gates gforce redline belt its better than factory lowest temperature and about exhaust try rjwc with hisi headers it will bee brutal sound and tfx sunspension and iron baltic aluminium skid plate for proctect underwere and if you want more hp put nitros injecion soo thats it I recomented you for best mud cforce keep going💪
@@hamiddzafic9488 definitely will be doing some of those updates, doing a couple things different and custom on this build . Should be the most powerful cforce 1000 na on the planet
@@myliftergarage3340 yea most powerful cforce is cforce by vauhti varikko it have 113,5 hp on the dyno
@@hamiddzafic9488 this machines already has the same setup as that machine , still a couple more small things to do
@@myliftergarage3340 yea you need nitros for 15hp more👌
@@hamiddzafic9488 you will have to wait and see
Great build. Had my cat delete headers jet hot coated. Helps!
Great Video
Thanks
Awesome video! Glad you're happy with the work we did on your machine! Can't wait to see it out in action, man! Cheers!
I wouldn’t take my C-Force anywhere else! Mac, Maxx, and the rest of the team are fantastic to work with.
What happened to the ape bar?
@@lilmep not the same machine , I do have ape bars on my cfmoto
Dude that’s a turd. So much for the cvtech clutches lol
What spring and weights are you running
@@gabehardman send me a message on Facebook and I will help you setup yours perfectly , this video was a 1017 16 gram weights and black violet secondary spring
I’m having the same issue. Low gear is bad. It’s going in for the 200 mile service and I will have the dealership see if they can make any adjustments otherwise have them install a new clutch.
@@Bnew1876 send me a message on Facebook Mylifter garage and I will help you out with a cheap way to get rid of the issue .

Better call someone with a Kymco to pull you out.
walked right out after some pushing
My 2024 UForce 1000 does that exact thing. It's not even fun driving it. I am on the fence about whether or not to get a clutch kit.
@@FinsandFur-y7c ask you dealer if they can perform the new update on your machine , will provide a slight smoother machine. If you want more get a clutch kit , I can help you with more budget friendly options just message Mylifter garage on Facebook
What clutch kit are you running, and does it eliminate the lag from the Polaris stock clutching?
Routa powerline is your best bet or QSC
Does the clutch kit and ecu modification void the warranty? I'm guessing the kit would only void things related to the clutch. I wonder if the ecu would void the motor?
@@texaspride9202 for most cases yes , now with a clutch kit it’s easy enough to go back to stock and warranty can’t be voided just because there evidences the clutches have been removed
Is this a gen 2 or gen 3 1000? How do you think the gen 3 would do in the river maybe 2-3 feet deep max
@@Theaudioguru this is the gen 2 , would need snorkels but definitely can go deep with these machines
Sounds alot better than it did 😅
So is power about the same more/less or no. I love the comfort on my 850 sp sportsman but I’m also looking for another quad within the next year or so, looking towards the same years and model of that 850. Mainly power wise, and pulling power for trailers such as

Outsider motor Company is a scam as of now they stole my money haven't sent me my item in over a month called and emailed them over and over and nothing order from a different supplier..
Yeah they have been MIA , specialized atv is who I recommend now he used to sell OMC but got fed up and had a company manufacture some for him
Thanks for a great video. I wasn't even aware changing the taillights was an option (plus, you make it look pretty easy). 👍
Can’t wait to get mine bro
Mine didn't come with any connecters
They don’t hardwire only
Great tutorial. Still a little uneasy about doing it myself. I thought of just doing the cvt. But that seems like the toughest part.
If you are close enough and willing to make the drive I will install them no problem
@myliftergarage3340 where you located? I may bring you mine.
What gives it the cam sound?
If you want a real cam sound on these parallel twins you need cams , there not like the v twins that’s chop even with stock cams
@@myliftergarage3340 On a scale of 1-10, how hard is it for a car guy to install cams on a 2024 Sportsman 850?
@@designsinorbit there not hard to do fly wheel has TDC marks and cam gears have timing mark that will be parallel Too the head when that cylinder is TDC
@@myliftergarage3340 Sounds easy enough. I'm really surprised no one has made a step by step video on installing a cam ..for every ATV out there.

Looks killer!
Where did you get the blue gear shift?

What is that front bumper? Not the normal xmr bumper. Looks slick
It’s a xmr bumper cut and modified
Just ordered for my blaster build
Brother cat delete headers from vauhti varrico takes 400 degrees off the exhaust temp. Had mine jet hot coated as well. Before it was 950 degrees. After, 220 degrees. Shocks suck too. I have stage 1 hester elkas shocks. Best upgrade! I've spend 5 grand extra getting mine where I want it.
I have the hiisi header and a custom muffler cut down on temp big time , I don’t find the shocks that bad but I am coming from a xmr where the stocks are just terrible.
@myliftergarage3340 Dude, it was insane how hot it got before the headers. Yeah, if all you do is mud than the stocks will work. I do alot of steep Rocky trails and pavement. The 3 inches more of travel makes a huge difference. 👍
Where did you get the snorkel brother? I have the same upgrades on my 1000. Nice machine 👏
I make those snorkels personally , all 2.5 inch piping to help keep belt temps down and increase performance myliftergarage.com/products/cforce-800-1000-snorkel-kit-pre-order

I don't think you'll be disappointed.I bought 1 in 2021 and it's been great. The only issue I've had now was over 3000 km is one of the solenoid in my winch went bad and of course it went bad at the worst possible time lol.
I do agree, i think this machine will be a great unit to test out, We will be pushing the power envelope on this machine to see how it stacks up with the can am's
