Dislike. This is a 20k+ purchase. No body nobody is here for sarcastic jokes. We want to know what we may have to worry about with this elephant of a purchase.

What I do hate about the Aveneer AV1is that the fantastic engineers at Brother did not integrate it into the machine. It's a plug in like a "side car". Does not make sense to me. With this plugged in there is no way to use the very useful walking foot that we had on the Luminaire. So that feature is now gone on the new machines : ( Intergrated stitch regulation has been on the Bernina for awhile. Unfortunately there are a lot of features Bernina doesn't have that are on the Brother's.....like no projection of any kind.....YIKES! I use projection all the time!

At the end you say the only difference from the regular L890 is speed, sound, and included accessories. Is it slower, faster, louder….what is different about the speed and sound. I own the L890 QE.

Check out how to unbox the 990. You did it the hard way. there is knobs you turn on the bottom side and the machine slides out so you don't have to lift it up out of the box.

Now I want to hear about what really disappointed you about this machine - things they should have included (ruler foot) but didn't.

The only store with machines closed in Moore, Ok. The area is ripe for a store like yours. I bought my long arm through you guys because the vibe at anything local was not friendly. I even know where there is a location that is low cost! You could do some really cool and innovative with the student population! I have a ton of ideas for you.

Loved this interview. I was just like your mom. I opened my business with no financial help as well. I had a great team and they really respected me because I led the example. I was first and last there. We had in house education after hours so we could be creative and work with confidence. I always had 1 official rule: customer service is the number 1 killer of a business so we have to remember to treat everyone with kindness and respect. I wish I lived closer to Stitch house. I’d be there weekly. ❤️❤️❤️

Can you use the triple stitch feature with the jumbo stitch option? If so, that’s a game changer all by itself!

Your video is so informative. I have a DM XV8500D. Is it very different from the one you are displaying? You mentioned software that comes with your machine. Is that compatible with mine? I’ve had mine for two years and have only used it for appliqué and would love to learn all it can do. The shop I bought it from was going to show me how but it is so heavy that I can’t move it and they don’t have another to show me on. So, RUclips it is for tutorials unless there are other websites or tutorials available that I am not aware of out there.
