Tragic. This is what decades of alcohol abuse does to a body and mind. If you think Mark E. and Shane were/ are cool, then pay close attention. I can guarantee you from experience their loved ones suffered from their drinking.

I was there - the 3rd to last gig I think. It was a very difficult gig, Mark only did about 20 minutes on stage and then sang the rest from backstage on the radio mike.

P.i.l.got me through cancer.

I went to this one. What a boss night. Three scousers in Manchester. Nearly got killed celebrating a late equaliser by the mighty reds in a pub before the gig in Deansgate. Oh our Manchester cousins. Danced my feet off watching this. Hooky what a star. What a night.
