This is the first time I’ve listened to your Yoga Nidra recording. I took a break from packing to move. Usually as I relax my body jerks but with this experience I was doing great big yawns until we energized the left side. Then my body felt in balance and the jerking began. By the end of your recording I felt like I was going to fly like a bird. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you. Off to pack more boxes! I’ll be back as the move is tomorrow and then the unpacking. ❤️🙏🦋

My current boyfriend was cheating on myself , he ended up married to his ex girlfriend. I knew that he has loved myself and that he has said that I was his only girlfriend. Now I know that I can be able to move on with my life and also what was holding me back should be in my past. I want to get married someday to an really good man that had not hurted myself. I was hurt because of my current boyfriend and now I don't want to be lonely and heartbroken anymore.I hope that this video will help myself heal from my heartbreak and be able to move on forward with my life.
