Tom, please consider putting the map reference up, so we can all enjoy the tracks. 🇦🇺🤘🤙 Tom logging truckers are bloody mad mate they just smash through with no consideration for anyone else, they believe we are on their roads. Comboyne has some awesome creeks for camping, keep an eye out.

If you hit Toms Creek Road in Septemberish, the hillside is covered in wildflowers. PS, the first time I rode it was on a sports bike with clipons, so if you're watching this and thinking, "I would, but I don't have the right bike", get out there! (Unless it's raining)

Love the video mate. It’s good seeing this from someone else’s perspective. I live in the Hastings shire and luckily get to ride the mid-north coast every weekend. Just got back from a NZ 5 day KTM tour it was like that every fricken day

It is a bit random. But looks ok. I got semi custom ones for Caitie from a mob called Mx Ink in Australia. You can get full custom from them. But they had a heap of different designs and you can mix and match. I got fork guard stickers from a different design. And ya can put names numbers and designs into it. Very thick and good quality. Still look good after nearly 10 years.

What a view towards the end there and haw about that 2 for 1 bike drop special😄, at least it wasn't a heavy bike to pick up. Man I have ridden in slippery mud like that and boy it does get interesting in a hurry.

Since you started new with the Garmin Zumo XT2, and are now used to it, how would you suggest uploading trips from the track recorder to a PC? I've found the GPS stores all tracks in a single (huge) GPX file, and sometimes a single trip on the track recorder is sometimes broken up into numerous separate tracks in the GPX file. Thanks!

G'day Mark, that slippery stuff looks like it threw out a few challenges. I met you , Brett and Phil briefly out the front of ADV Fest at Dorrigo the other month. It is not ok, that type of rain you drove through, you should be bone dry. I have a held gortex jacket and I only get 1 spot in the bend of my elbow, but it has to rain like noah's arc for it to be there. Normal rain, doesn't leak at all.

Nearly the same thing happened to one of my friends a month ago. Several of us went on a backpacking trip and one friend lit his Jetboil Flash and then it began to flame up the same as yours did. He kicked it away because it was close to his tent and then he got his water to pour on it, and fortunately the flame went out. Now I realize if he hadn't been successful in getting the fire out it would have exploded. I didn't realize they could blow up like that. Afterwards, upon examining the stove, still attached to the canister, it was apparently cross threaded which made it leak. Scary. I think I'll cold soak my food from now on.

Looking forward to finding those roads (tracks) but will leave it to a nice sunny day.

Great viewing, guys. Excellent riding conditions that lots of riders shy away from but really miss out on a level of fun and challenges that 'ideal' conditions can never bring. I really appreciate you noting the track names. The CF Moto really does look awesome. I might have to test ride one..
