Nice day ride that one. Not too bad for hotter days.... Plenty of time to stop and see stuff... Early seventies, we would pitch our pup tents at the Ladies Well, before riding up over the Corker trail... I still dream about that place. Off limits to motorcycles etc now....😢

We don't all get out as often as we'd like, but we've had some great trips! 2024 looks like a series of comedic events watching the highlights haha. I have to say if there was a most improved award, Brett wins. Going from the crash and 'clutch issue' to the knarly hill we did today... Thanks for the fun year gents; I'm glad we all met through the common addiction of two wheels👌

I have an Alpinestars boulder GTX jacket for over 2 years now and am very happy with it. Drove it through days of heavy rain in Scotland and Norway and it kept me absolutely dry. The only slightly negative for me is the weight of the jacket, i.e. it's not light. But that's just a minor issue for a jacket that keeps me really dry and warm when it has to.

Found the Motoz no good on pea gravel, can’t get the traction , very slippery. Str Michelin works better. Wanna see in winter how the Motoz works

I love having the GPS track on the garmin. It's very nice knowing when you have some turns coming up and when it's straight and you can twist the throttle a bit more. The group I ride with always puts out a GPX file of the ride we are going on so we all know where to go and what's ahead. We also split off in separate groups. Those who ride more spirited and those who just want to chill and enjoy the scenery. Man I sure hope those people wern't too bad off and heal up quick. It's always tough to come up on something like that as a lot of us have when you have some years of riding under your belt.

The old paper maps were half the fun! Especially after a few creek crossings and a bit of rain.

I can only do 140KS before I have to refuel can I do any of these rides I hope I can it looks fun.

Oh man! just spent 3 hours with multimeter on fuse,lh switch, bulb h4 connector etc. Was about to order a lh switch cluster and wire in a new h4 socket. I better go and check the starter switch.
