Jesus Christ, the Savior of the World was Tempted but He was victorious
Statement: if the savior of the world was tempted by Satan, the believer will be tempted as well.
• So, the question that comes to mind is what’s an effective weapon against temptation?
• Beloved, knowing and obeying God’s Word is an effective weapon against temptation; in fact, God’s Word is, the only offensive weapon provided in the Christian’ armor.
o Ephesians 6:10-14 talks about the Christian armor of God, and Paul puts it like this: 10 In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [draw your strength from Him and be empowered through your union with Him] and in the power of His [boundless] might. 11 Put on the full armor of God [for His precepts are like the splendid armor of a heavily armed so...
