I've made quite a few versions of these stuffed chicken pinwheels over the years, but never have I wrapped it with chicken skin and crisped it up in a hot cast iron skillet. Stuffed with prosciutto, caramelized onion, sun dried tomato, goat cheese and basil and topped with the perfect pan gravy all atop a bed of crispy potatoes this recipe would be perfect for a holiday dinner or a dish to impress company. If I can make it in the woods, you can make it at home! What should Arthur and I cook next?!

The only thing better than these Crispy Pork Belly Tacos "Al Pastor" with Tangy Slaw and Scratch Made Guacamole was the view while eating them! I don't think you could get a better burger even at a drive thru! This American Wagyu Double Bacon Cheese Burger was unbelievable with secret sauce and almost too much cheese. There is! But after breaking a few my wife decided a wood plate is probably a better idea. Check out some of the other videos and I have a ceramic plate with me!
I can't cook meat without washing my hands like 15 times so that wouldn't be me.
Luckily there was a River, and sometimes it's worth it to get a little dirty!
Fun Fact: There is no such thing as "too much cheese".
