Today we traveled to @cokertireco in Chattanooga TN. They hosted a free car show today with free entry into the museum for Collector Car Appreciation Day! Wondering who you hauled the Ferrari for. My father in law sold his to a guy in Owensboro several years ago. He was an exotic car dealer so I’m sure he sold it.
We hauled for Ferrari & Lamborghini Motor Car Of Atlanta Georgia. We transported their customers cars for sales and service around the US. We moved so many in different locations, not sure if we transported one from Owensboro or not. What state are you located in? We are located in East TN.
@@DixieCustoms Sounds like you had a pretty cool gig going. I’m sure it was interesting dealing with those folks. I’m in Southern Indiana. My father in law grew up in Owensboro and when he got ill and was about to go into a nursing home he sold off his last couple cars that were his pride and joy to an old friend who was an exotic car dealer in Owensboro. Broke his heart and my wife’s too. She never knew life without the Ferrari. It was a cool car and fun to drive for me but not really for most people. Manual brakes, steering and transmission. Basically a detuned race car with minimal leg room and tiny pedals.
Yes it was definitely entertaining! They are very cool cars! We have been to Indiana a few times so we may have passed through that area!

Love all the old cars there. Remember there was an old model T or A behind Grandma house for years it was grandpa car before he passed right after I was born.

Love me some wreckers!! I have a lot of footage of my 71 F-350 wrecker on my channel. I named it Montford after my dad. We owned a junkyard through the 70s, 80s and early 90s and our first wrecker was a bumpside ford wrecker.
We love them too! Thats awesome! We ran a Towing Company for 25+ years so we love hearing about family owned businesses! We started out in the early 90s with a 1980 C30, and we still have it! It will be in a video coming soon. Appreciate you watching!

If the fuel pump hadn't quit on us, the old Duster would have been in Indy. I think the Edelbrock fuel pump may have been made in China too. Or Mexico.
Wish you could have made it to Indy! Yeah , Mexico. The Power Tour was definitely a challenge for crappy parts!

Nice video! I thought it was so cool that so many people along the route parked their hot rods out by the road and joined in like a brotherhood (sisterhood for you hot ridding girlies out there). We made it to Nashville with just enough time left over to get our credentials. I remember you saying you saw us coming in but we hit the ground running as soon as we got parked.
