Soccer Fitness Short Ladder Drills
These drills are performed with athletes in small groups (4-5 athletes with one short ladder). They combine quickness and agility (forcing the athlete to vary their stride length while in/out of the ladder), with explosive speed (the 5 metre maximum intensity sprint) and finally, a deceleration at the end of the sprint. Guys, improve your soccer skills doesn't need to be difficult (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Look for a training program called Zumlaxoc Training Program (google it). Seriously, thanks to Zumlaxoc Training Program I've improve my soccer skills. I probably shouldn't even be talking about it because I don't want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am just in a good mood today so I will share the wealth haha.
Hi Victor. For the makority of these exercises, he is not landing on his heels - rather on the mid-foot or the balls of the feet. If he were landing on his heels, then this would be a mechanical error and should be corrected.
I see him landing on his heels wich i think is wrong.... let me know if I'm correct
