I had this problem with my 2008 X5 3.0 for the past 2 years until I saw your video. I replaced the fuel pump relay fuse and my problem is solved. I live in the DC area and Trump is to be inaugurated today; it is fridge cold outside but my BMW fired up on all cylinders. Also, my Football team beat the Lions and we are off to Philly for NFC Conference Championship game…All is Right with the World…Thank God! And thank you for the video.

I’ve got a bmw x5 2008 and I left it sitting for about 3 days and then I come to start it today it stars and has a rough idle and about 10 seconds later it cuts out and puts a warning on the screen 4x4 system and dsc failed need help

That resets the throttle body I was told a bunch of times

Fcp euro has that in a kit with the wiring seal etc for half that

The 8 speed cost 8 grand built for performance. You just have to buy it from the ram guys. Don't worry they are exactly the same

Mine sometimes doesn't start after long drive but if starting after 10 hour it start. Now I changed Relay and its perfect now. Great 😊

My x5 e70 : when hot, and when ignition on and off, it sound click click 4 times and then stop. Once time, i can not start the engine and i let it there for 1 hour, and it start again. So: the fuel pump relay is bad? Causing shortage of fuel for x5 and causing accelarating operation too??

Dears, My vehicle is a 2012 BMW X5 e70 model. Transmission is ZF 8hp70 model. When the vehicle warms up and I am stuck in a traffic jam, it jumps from 1st gear to 2nd gear while doing stop and go. Sometimes the error appears on the screen. When I stop the vehicle and start it again, the error disappears from the screen. However, this happens occasionally when I am stuck in a traffic jam. Is this solution suitable for this problem? Has anyone experienced this?

without opening tranny , you just removed the tranny sump which means you have just opened the tranny

So to start the car without the key fob you insert the key fob first. Got it. 😂

Have a 650i same exact problem after this process is done is there a way to reset trans computer or it automatically will reset?

great video! But my issue is a little bit different :( my 2013 X5 3.0L is slipping when I try to go in every single stop seems like GEARSHIFT 6 to X and have the code 4E9F and 4E70 and the transmission shop told me that I need a new trans !! with only 125k mi any recommendations ?

Hi I've got issue with bmw e70 3.0d not starting. Fault code 6295. I've replace that green relay but still no start. Ive manually powered the pump and it still pumps fuel fine but there's no power getting to the pump. Is there anything else im missing? Thanks
