Stunning and lovely. Gorgeously written and acted. The actors brought an ethereal quality to the characters.

Beautifully done and so timely. Love that the writer chose to have the mother say "I love you" back to her son.. keeping the humanity in her and showing that she's so far down that rabbit hole that even profound love for her child is not enough to save her.

That was lucky, that Blake had a friend to take care of him... poor Blake... the mom was a good actress, she played that nutjob well.

This mother was utterly crazy. I would hope this young man disconnected from her as an adult. (all of you who sound like this in real life need to be in a padded cell).

I have been on the parameter of the rabbit hole. In 2000 Y2K had people scare about survival and thru Covid and Maga. Maintaining and being aware of the abuse of not being informed. It's work but it is so worth it. Stay safe and positive. The film was on point with all these issues. Will share it with friends to spread the message.

Soundtrack is awful

Filmmaker and team, in posting the film on RUclips, i'd guess were prepared for the hate from viewers whose righteous indignation gets their panties in a bunch to see a fictional work they 'disagree' with, not representing their view. Short had some shortcomings, but the premise of main character having this experience and perspective in 2021 is quite believable. Writing editing and acting all nicely understated; presenting the scenes without extreme emotion or heavy conflict was well-crafted from an artistic perspective. This was a series of snapshots in life of characters, not needing to have huge message. Within genre of short films, this accomplishes what it set out to do. Only ridiculous people would call this 'propaganda' , as they have in the comments, ironically framing the main character and screenwriter as their enemies, latching onto paranoia of anti-woke extremists as their credo. Fuck'em.

What a precious and empathetic portrayal of those sad, mixed up gullible fools. Incredible acting and direction - could have easily been a full length, I was so invested. Bravo

Unwatchable. To make it fair and equally inaccurate, the main character should attend a pro-Hamas Queers for Palestine riot.

OMG, the only people that ever mention Qanon are people on the left. Nobody on the right mentions it ever and nobody knows what it is. What a weird portrayal - and totally, gratuitously inaccurate.

So, is the mentioned Corporation a part of delusional conspiracy or a hidden reality?

I had already forgotten about the Q Anon craziness. This was a good reminder of how so many of my fellow Americans fell for it. Luckily none of my frends or family did.

I loved how all the insane fantasies were portrayed All Trump supporters are crazy All gays are innocent victims All vaccines are necessary and well researched Genius trolling my guy.

Sadly, the portrayal of the "mother trump supporter" is SPOT ON. It shows the blatant ignorance and detachment from reality they all have. Great film.

Who financed this movie, Pfizer? Wow. I have to hand it to Mr. Schoonover. I haven't seen a movie this tendentious in a while. My favorite moment of the film must be when Blake confesses that his mother "quit" her nursing job after refusing the covid vaccine. When most likely she was fired; as were thousands of doctors & nurses. I think it's fairly obvious that this short film was used as a vehicle of propaganda to discredit and marginalize the people who spoke out against mandatory widespread covid vaccination. How was this done? By illustrating (by way of the character of the mother) that these people are one and the same with Q Anon; and therefore must be crackpots who don't deserve our time and attention. Instead of Rabbit Hole, this film should have been titled Narrative Control. I guess having a filmmaker not be a tendentious ideologue is asking for too much these days.

Wonderful acting, very convincing characters, great to learn more about the inside of gay. I just feel a little awkward about the mom. She's definitely completely lost in her deep dark rabbit holes, yet some of the things she mentions have turned out to be true - like, e.g., that shedding is real - it was even tested and proven in the p*iz*r studies. The same manufacturer publicly confirmed that - on the other hand - stopping contagion was never tested, let alone proven. So the awkward feeling is that moms characterization implies that everybody who is critical about those specific jabs also believes in things that are way beyond logic and a healthy gut feeling. And that is simply not true. I for one am just as critical about those jabs as i am about the Qanon stuff and theTrump-hype and i know i'm far from alone in that.

What a beautiful little movie! Well done.

I'm from germany and I'm experiencing similiar issues with my mum. But she's reacting even more cold when you disagree with her. I've been a bit esoteric and into conspiracies in the past myself but since my mum got an spiritual psychosis in 2020 it made me realise a lot. It also was the year where I got sober since I had an alcohol addiction for years. It really cleared my mind and I'm so done with all these conspiracies. I would like to go no contact with my mum but she's always making me feel guilty and like I have to protect her ego.
