The people who said this is fake have obviously never touched GarageBand. 1. The tracks aren't muted, the mute icons would be blue if they were muted, and you can literally see the audio waves or whatever it's called. 2. The track at the bottom is the vocals. There's a website where you can separate the vocals from the instrumental which I'm guessing is what he used for the vocals. 3. Some things in this remake aren't 100% accurate. You would notice that if you listened to the original song. (no offense to top secret, the remake is still really good)
