Some people have left negative comments which are not appreciated. I made it clear that I had a high quality 'sound recording' of the blast and not a video recording, that you can find elsewhere. If you have a big stereo or good headphones capable of full range audio, turn it up to normal levels when they talk and then be surprised at how loud the explosion actually was. I have not used any audio compression, the audio you hear is just the raw sound recording and it gives you some idea of how bad the explosion was from about a 100 metres away. Peace!

Best drummer ever..

It may have not seemed that much here but this in my opinion is the most awesome quarter mile drag race of all time - Martin Stamatis! There's another video online which gives a closer view and you can see the absolute precision of the whole Stamatis run which is why he got this amazing result. I've watched the race over and over and I'm always thrilled by the staggering take off at the start. I've never seen a drag race that comes close to matching this.

I'm a drummer and I'm 50, have been playin since I was 14, I wish I had half this guys talent!! Oh my!! What fuckin beast!! Style, groove, rudiments, all perfect! Listen to him play parasite, then listen to Criss, I'll take Singer all day long and twice on Sunday, KISS should consider themselves lucky to have this guy behind the kit!! Long live Eric Singer you rock dude!!

This is why Eric is in Kiss. Peter on his best day could never play like this. I miss seeing him play in Alice Cooper's band. Alice has Glen Sober who is a beast so it's all good. The only thing I wish Eric did was create his own character instead of coping the Peter Criss theme. My guess is he had no say because of the copyright thing. Still good stuff.

One thing I've always liked about Eric is the sound and touch he has, one of the best, particularly of the hard rock dudes. He's a got a warm loose sound yet accurate/clean.

I met him a a KISS convention in Hackensack,NJ on the afternoon he was to fly to London to play w/ Brian May.We were looking a motorcycle that someone had painted in KISS makeup. We just started talking about this and that. No more than a few minutes,but he proved to be a really ncie guy - nice as everyone says he is.I hope that hasn't changed.

You gotta remember though.. Criss came from a Jazz background.. and Singer is just a all around Rock drummer.. TWO great drummers.. TWO totaly different styles of playing..
