One place we had, the entire kitchen was tiled in blue and the bathroom was tiled floor to ceiling in pink. One night one whole wall of tiles in the kitchen crashed down ( scared the hell out of us). We started removing the bathroom tiles... and came to realise whomever had fitted them ran out of proper adhesive and stuck the last few up with Superglue. It took days to chip away at them.

Black is beautiful but having had black - you may hate it as it shows every crumb and spec of dust; that said, it is beautiful with the pink and gold.
