Finally I can get revenge on my friends shitty "group hug" deck. Oh boy, I sure do love "playing" magic, with everyone on 16 lands turn 4 - it sure is fun (I'm autistic and can't pick up on sarcasm sometimes, so this is a lil note for other autistic people who can't pick up on it either :> ). Equally I love having to face omniscience turn 3 too 💀

I'd probably throw in Time Wipe as a very nice blink/wipe, I'm also not sure if needs to be run with One Ring but Gandalf Friend of the Shire might be able to help crank sorcs out at instant speed once mana is ramped up. Just some I already have, but looks like a fun deck to buy off the cuff.

I am tight as hell and I never like to buy anything. I play in a club that has quite relaxed rules and we can play any card from any set in magic from the start of magic's inception. I play mostly 60 card format. I have a local dealer that I occasionally buy from. I only get boosters if it is my birthday or Christmas and I like to buy and hunt down used cards under £1/$1. I do occasionally go on a splurge and buy a bunch of cards but for the most part I think I am ok despite it being really tempting. I liked this video as a fellow budget orientated cheap ass. I am starting to keep just random rares in a binder as I am not fussed about getting sets, my collection is based around the cards I have researched and wish to own and build strategies around. I also learn new cards most weeks at club and add them to my wish list. What are some good ways to store a collection? I just have a box from Temu that is magnetic and I store around 500 or so cards in it, mix of lands and commons and un commons that are penny sleeved into play sets to keep them together, no particular order just in colour dividers

Sunfrill imitator remains a copy of the dinosaur it copies because it still has the ability on sunfrill imitator so next time it attacks it can become a copy of a different dino if it wants

I'm just getting back into MTG, after not playing for 20 years. There are some really great ideas in this video, especially for the sideboard. Some other great cards that my deck already has are Cry of Contrition, Wreck Mind, Auger of Skulls, and Waste Not.

Made a Phenax mill deck, played in a pod with a Breena player, who made everyone attack eachother but him, naturally I made him mill 34 in 2 turns with Charix, all of a sudden he "had to go" and left the table..

I have a question, what cards are the most replaceable for better ones? Im seeing in the comments that there are many better cards to update this deck

Best way is to get a good deal on purchasing a collection. Sell all the top cards to make all your money back, then all the leftovers is yours to keep and enjoy. I been doing this for years. I have loads of decks, sleeves, binders, playmats, storage boxes, all essentially for free.

Aside from Triskaidekaphile and spawn a lot of tokens, what are the other win conditions of this deck?

For a beginner I would recommend the pauper format. Look up a meta deck, try to pick one that is a mono color and buy it and play it. Then as you play other people you'll start to figure out what you like or what you want to try. I went to tcgplayer yesterday and could have a whole meta deck shipped to me, before taxes, for $40.58. I would say that should be with in someone's budget, and you could probably do pretty well against a standard, modern, or pioneer deck. edit: I could have a tier 1 meta deck for $40.58.
