The part where he's telling them they need to do a jingle competition and breaking down how it's done. That sucks. No one wants to hear fan made jingles. If a good one is sent in and they make it the intro then cool but the bits not a good idea.

@@DerekOfRivia Disagree. Erock jingle day is one of my favorite youtube clips to replay, but G&S would have to pre-screen the songs first. If they played all of them there'd be a lot of bad shit.

There should be a little Steven Seagal stuck to that weird wallpaper.

What do you want? Besides a better setup and equipment they're working on. What would make the production so much better?

@@DerekOfRivia are you serious? how about: mics that work, an hd camera, a set that isnt a kitchen, ability to play videos, abilty to read chats, ability to take calls, ability to have zoom guests, predetermined topics so theyre not just yammering about nothing for 3 hours. i like these guys but this is some amateur shit here.

​@hallucinus3523 I am a little underwhelmed by the quality of the audio and camera. They acted like they bought new equipment and have been working on things, but it really sounds poor and looks terrible. Nice that Geno and Drew took a ton of cameras, mics, and a $30,000 tricaster for free with Ant's blessing while these guys with 10x the viewers are stuck with 2006-era Webcam quality. Still, no big deal, that doesn't make the actual content any worse (outside of the constant interruptions by their cameras malfunctioning or soundboard dying or mics cutting out while recording, which is going to get real old real fast, but it's not like that isn't embarrassing the 15th time and this is something they should know how to handle by now). Being superchat beggars does, though. I absolutely get why, but the structure they have of only reading superchats and begging for patreon subs (when most people watching have likely signed up by now) is not going to help grow their show or keep people interested in the patreon. I personally find their approach to be terrible-- putting every show up live on youtube to scrape up some shekels and then post them to Patreon subs instead of giving an episode or two exclusively to Patreon just seems foolish. They're promising to upload "exclusive content" like... playing video games (the worst episodes of their previous show), board games (also terrible for something you actually have to pay for), etc. instead of some classic booth boy talk without worrying about getting $80 in beggar money for 3 hours-- you know, while people are paying anywhere from $5-100. Maybe I'm wrong, but the most successful Patreons I've subbed to have just done exclusive, basic episodes for the sub fee, while everything else went up to RUclips. This gets people something to listen to that they know they're getting weekly, and not some stupid junk like lighting fireworks or playing Monopoly. It's a weird misinterpretation of why people want to watch in the first place. I want to support these guys after the Compound fallout and don't really care if the quality remains awful and they offer weird, unappealing things for the Patreon over just basic exclusive shows, but they're figuring stuff out and best of luck to them. It's not like they read the chat or comments here or on Patreon unless you pay them, so maybe they'll never pick up on it, but I'm still happy to throw them $10 a month.

It doesn’t help that Garret is using totally the wrong type of microphone for the environment he’s in. That’s a sensitive condenser mic, designed for sound proofed/treated studios, it will pick up every echo, reflection, bleed through from other people in the room. That’s the main audio problem here.
