Hi how well

I wish I had the aisles all to myself like that
bro looks slow as hell ngl
i did this shit for over 12 years plus enough overtime to make you puke. i spent most of my time in produce, dairy and meats. started with stickers, then scanners then that vocollect bullshit. This job can chew you up.
....slow nicca
@@alanchen6625 how slow? Since u know so much
I hit 4 months and I’m running a 115 avg to 105. I’m fdd2 freezer ! But today I pulled a muscle and I’m screwed it hurtssss ! Lift properly… they said but how do u hit production… ??? If u bend knees and so forth??
Mcclane warehouse going to Arby's lol. I used to manage an arbys and put up the trucks....i start selecting on the 1st!
Sounds like Walmart
I worked under engineered work standards for 11 years. I caught the company under weighing and under measuring boxes. Gives you less time and expenditure of joules for their algorithm. Gives you less time than whats fair. And we would have 40 of those pallet jacks at a time plus standups in your way. Its a good workout.
DONT BE FOOLED!!! Order selecting is modern day slavery ESPECIALLY if you don’t kiss the supervisors azz every day you will NEVER make production. No matter how hard/fast u move, u will NEVER hit production then whenever u question them about how your percentage so low they will blame it on you and tell u “the system” is accurate it’s just you’re not working hard enough
I hate being an outbound loader because the physical demands of the job. Loading goods onto outbound vehicles often involves heavy lifting, repetitive motions, and working in potentially uncomfortable or cramped spaces. This physical strain can lead to fatigue, soreness, and an increased risk of injury, which can make the job challenging and unpleasant over time. Additionally, if the workload is consistently high or if there are unrealistic expectations for productivity, it can exacerbate these physical demands and contribute to feelings of frustration and dissatisfaction with the job.
Say again
Dang it took you forever to pick that pallet worth.
Wassup with the stickers
I'm so fucking sick of Talkmen.
Damn dude should have put that in the wrap machine
Hello from Uzbekistan
I worked for Super stores that was super fast paced if you didnt hit 100 percent everyday they would fire u after 3 months lol
This that Slave shit
Mamaaaaa mira ese palet jaja
I’m dizzy af after watching him wrap that second pallet 😂😂😂😂😭
Thank u
I did this for seven years at Kroger Distribution. My last year was 2011, I was averaging at 24.00 hrs and 55 hours a week . Free good insurance.. It's was a good.. I wasn't lifting properly, my back started bothering me, and I got burned out... It's kept me in good shape...
After watching this video, i know the type of job i was assigned to it, im ready 👏👏👏
You have to be going fast the 10-12 hours that you work. You can’t even stop to help someone with a question because the mic picks up anything and you the computer can get it as answer leading you to errors. You have an amout of errors a month and they start giving you write ups. This freaking job sucks!!! Don’t do it yall!!!
Way too much pallet wrap. If what's inside those boxes aren't sturdy, it will get compressed.
Fast paced warehouse. I bet u pull a 90 and i didnt see not 1 selector working in background. This my man is not fast placed
having to individually sticker everything....hell naw
nobody likes a honker..
Try 40 in one slot next slot 25
I worked for the hardest warehouse us foods and I hated it they want u to move at a 103 every batch yea it’s good money but it’s the mental part u have to have more than anything
I work for them now and it’s 85 percent mental and 15 % physical. You have to be cut a certain way to be a great selector. Me myself I’m a 🦍 so it’s not that bad in the jungle for me ! Ya mean ? 😂
i work at Walmart dc weekend nights and I make 30 dollars starting out I plan on maybe trying to be a loader or unloader or something once i have been there for a couple months
He didn’t wrap the pallet though. Stuff can fall off during transport.
Wow, never seen anyone wrap that much in my warehouse. We're trained to go only 5 times around.
I did it for 10 years. It sucked but I had to do it. Good pay and benefits. Never again. 🤣🤣🤣
Yup I picked for 13yrs finally left picking and jumped on the forklift now definitely much better and my back feels way better now lol
That’s good bro. I finally got my CDL and back is better too…lol
Un-safe leaving your moving mhe( material handling equipment) before it has stopped moving. Also maintaing 4 points of contact....just sayin.
I don't even hear no one else there. He must be working on a day the place is suppose to be closed. Or one of the big Holiday eves. When you will get paid double plus the truck driver will slip you something. Cause it's a last minute order and the stores paying extra also. I remember those days, did it for 20 years. Now I do security. Lol! 😊
How much does it pay in California??
Interesting, I worked a grocery warehouse before and we had maybe 1 or 2 pallet jacks that was capable of transporting 3 pallets but we never used them. We only used double pallet and single pallet jacks(usually loaders would use singles). What was the purpose of slapping a sticker on each box? Seems like a massive waste of time. Also the selecting path for that warehouse is absolutely fucking terrible Jesus! Whoever set that up and engineered it is a moron. When I did selecting we had printers every where, call your next order on the head set, go to a printer and it prints out labels for your order. Tells you the weight, how many cubes it is, if it was a two pallet order then it would print two labels to put on after wrapping it. Also has store location information on the label so when loaders went to load it they could load the truck based on the truck drivers route.
PB was 2075 cartons in 8hrs, was sitting on 167%
All was good, I just would have started wrapping the pallets from the bottom up; reason being if you get dizzy or lightheaded after several times going around you would be standing up wrapping the top of the pallet instead of bending over wrapping the bottom.
How do you know what aisle to go to do you have Google Map😂
These companies that still use product labels and vocallect are wasting so much time and paper. It has no real world purpose.
What's the newer standard?
Probably rf scanner or vocal
Youre lucky your warehouse stockers are good. They be making look for my pallets 😂
*sigh* when are people going to learn? You don't step off the jack until it''s stopped, never back out of the aisle forks first without stopping looking both ways and honking , and never exit the aisle from the front without doing the same. Also, what's up with the shoddy order stacking? By the way, the wrapping should be done from bottom to top. If you wrap the top without securing the foundation, you're screwed. I'm glad he wrapped the whole pallet though. I see people all the time wrap just the bottom or just the top. Nope...doesn't work. If you don't have a solid foundation the whole thing's gonna fall, but even if you do you can't neglect any part of the order. The problem with production goals is they make it way too easy to half-ass things for convenience and meeting the quota. Quantity should always be the first priority...and NEVER stack anything sideways if that's not how it was palletized in the location. One good bump, and BOOM! See ya later, product (unless it's very soft and/or flexible). If I were the customer, I would be appalled at the way a lot of these orders are built. Good, Lord!
um hello sir. Speed be damned. You do not drive backwards to initiate a speed run in lieu of safety. Yes, you go around. i dont care if it takes longer.
thats what happens when you too slow picking end up by yourself in the warehouse while everyone is gone
Lol no that's what happens when your all they need to fill the orders get your facts straight!! 🤣
Im a order selector for c&s here in Massachusetts I pick 1,700 to 2,000 in 9 hours I run 🏃♂️ 125 to 130 %%%%
