Which machine? Some turn off reel lights on purpose

@anthonyscarpinito sounds odd. I have a machine called King Camel that will sometimes turn lights off and only light one bulb behind the reel. This is to show you the order in which to stop them. @@kaijuverse-stop-motion is the hopper ejecting coins? If so, then check the sensor where the coins exit the hopper. If the hopper is not spinning, check wiring and check mechanism for a jam.

Just checked the wiring, and it seems to be fine and it's not jammed cause it spits out three coins and then gives the error.

@@kaijuverse-stop-motion check if the coins are triggering any LEDs on the main board. That would verify operation of the coin sensor. Most likely the coin sensor is dirty.

Keep an eye out for better deals. Tractor Supply doesn’t carry these normally, so after Christmas they blow them out.

@@paulsworkshop4179 its gettugn stuck at insert medals and if it does fully boot up the wheels wont spin i think i did find possibly corrosion at the psu or maybe a bad solder joint i guess hen i pulled it apart it wasnt happy but cosmetically on the inside it was needing restore i do hope at one day i can it nearly back to roginal spec with working keys and i dont really hear the coin mech move which helps me its not wanting to fully work but i did recnetly upgrade it to use LED instead of the 585 bulvs and i have to locate a ballast

@@paulsworkshop4179 it turns out it was either cold solder joints aroudn 104k caps and possibly one of the 470uf caps but after touching those up best as i can and clean up corrosion over by a 14v rail it stopped malfunctioning and started functioning normally again i sitll do plan to replace caps with new ones at some poitn as this thing is nearly 30 years old all i know it was made in 97 or later by stamps on some chips

@@paulsworkshop4179 when it hits 50 credits on the front door it locks me out in a siren goes off it won't let me play anymore and it won't reset

@@papasplace2 I have only printed with PLA. It keeps everything a nice steady temp. The addition of a lamp with an incandescent lightbulb was enough to allow printing in cold weather.

@@KevinHurley-np1gs you should try a hard reset. Check your coin mechanism and coin return.

You can add volume controls. They are available on be eBay. You need to be a little bit handy with electronics to install.

The key can be ordered from ebay usually. If you know the brand and name of the machine, a search on eBay will usually come up with something. The switch can also be replaced , but that’s difficult with a machine that’s not really yours

So I got to take them both apart and took a look at it and the arms that stop the wheels are not in the right location, so It doesn't grab the timing clock to release the arms. And just spinns the wheel 3:27 I also just noticed on the arm side of your machine near the top it has a spring above the arm near the top! What is that connected too? Neither of mine have that

That is most likely an issue with the coin sensor. Clean the mechanism where the coins go through and you should be good.

I tried to check out that link you sent but it really didn't help me your answer was the best help I could get I will just figure out which switch sets constantly paying out instead of saving

I will end up selling the machine I bought it because I liked it it was a good conversation piece do you have any clue what they're worth

Have you cleaned the coin mechanism?

Have you tried cleaning the coin mechanism? Also, check all connections in the coin mechanism. There are videos and other resources that go more deeply into the coin mech. Search pachislo coin mechanism issues and you should find some helpful info.

Some of the machines do a single token bet, but most of them require 3 coins to operate.
