Like yeah... Merciless P5 is normal SMT level... I played P4 PS2 blind at max difficulty as well at the time. Heck, I will get P3 Reloaded for more good Merciless mode.

I Played P5 and P5R, now i'm playing P4G, I wouldn't say it's Hard. Harder then P5R, but P5R was ... way to easy

As someone who first went through persona 5, I declare that it is difficult for me to play p4, but I fucking love the story, music and VISUALS in this game, even with the rather old graphics, I would prefer it to your rtx with ultra mega realistic graphics. I've always liked ps1 and ps2 games, but still the controls in p4 still suck, navigating through the menus in battle is inconvenient than just pressing a button, and it's also much nicer to see what effect this attack has than just looking at its name.... But to be honest, I like the plot in part 4 more than in part 5, p4 feels like such a chamber story: "in a small town in which everyone knows each other, mysterious murders take place, and the killer walks somewhere nearby, and behind all this there is some strange midnight canal and fog" well, it's gorgeous, it's better than kids with the help of the metaverse to correct bad adults, while bad politicians are building their evil deeds... 😂

I think p4g is way easier than p5r. There is no boss super difficult in p4. Whereas in p5 there are several bosses really annoying like okumura or the final boss in mementos. Ameno sagiri is a joke in comparison to yaldabaoth.

Man the jump between this and P5 looks like 2-3 generations. I love P5, but wouldn’t even be interested in trying this one. Where is the inspired aesthetic, the smooth audio, the crisp gameplay? (Ok, googled and P4 was released in 2008. Wonder why there was such a big gap between games?)

After playing 5->3 reload->4… the fact that 3 at least had teleporters to make fast travel easier in this game to go down floors

I have finished P4Golden at PC... and im using cheat codes... im just using have all items cheat, even i equip the best equipment in the game... AND ITS STILL PRETTY HARD !!! I stay to the end game for the story only.

From my own experience, let me say this: P4 is hard at the start, but gets easier. P3 starts easy, but gets harder. P5 is just easy.

I just completed Persona 4 Golden and it’s funny to hear everyone saying how hard it was. I got into Persona after playing P5, so now that I know time is precious, I attacked every single shadow and spent as much time as possible fighting shadows in a single visit. I only got one Game Over at the final boss because I didn’t guard at the right time.

After Shadow Kanji the game is incredibly easy until Ameno-sagiri and the rest of the endgame. I haven't played P5 yet but P4 is probably the easiest Megaten I've played.

For me, p3 fes was designed to be harder than it should've been by lack of direct command, shitty ai controls, and direct choice of skills inherited being non existant until p3p. When you acquired taotie and ose, max the right s-links, and then sometimes finally after hours on end inherent the right skills for you maxed s-link personas, fights become a joke.
