When I pulled the hydraulic line out of the old slave, there was no little rubber cap. I did it slow are carefully and I'm certain it didn't fly off and roll away. I looked inside and even smashed the slave open with a hammer and it wasn't there. The boot was torn on the old one though. I inserted the line into the new slave, removed the master cylinder cap and pumped it by hand until it had pressure. Then I bolted it up and pressed the clutch about 50 times. Jeep was parked facing up hill. I then put the cap back on and drove it around the block. It works perfectly fine. I checked the slave and no leaks. My question to anybody and everybody is, has anyone experienced this also? Not having the little rubber cap? I haven't driven it far yet so if it starts leaking I know why. But so far so good and it's interesting that there was no cap present. 🤷♂️ Does anyone know the part number for the hydraulic line? Just incase.
Bruh wtf man shifter lever on mine absolutely was not that easy!! It was a minute or 2 away from meeting the air hammer 😂😂
Thanks for posting the step by step removal comments in the video, it really helped me to set up an outline to follow once I got started on my own project.
So I can expect to get this job done after listening to the entire slim shady catalog?
Nice work. The flywheel didn't need resurfacing?
The fly wheel must always be resurfaced or you will have clutch chatter
Good video brother! keep it up
Hey man quick question. If I haven't gotten my transmission fluid changed ever. Do you recommend me doing it now at 81K miles? Or will it get worse if I do it?
For earlier models up to june 2010, it needs to be every 40k miles. For later models every 70k. Why you wouldn’t change asap. If you dont change, it is going to get worse.
My car desperately needs this same exact car 😂
hack you don't remove engine mount you remove intake plenum vacuum actuator ! 3 bolts and then connector 1 bolt ! then alt comes out !
Entiendo porque no hay comentarios
8:32 bless you
how much does a fix like this cost?
FE-AF 134 BeVo 236.15 bleu?
Video is actually what I needed it don’t even take 30 minutes to change the fucka so why watch 30 minutes of some guy wrenching I’d rather jagoff
Every video I've seen tell me that you had the ATF 134Fe Blue Trans oil came out and that's what was suppose to have been what you put back in. I'm not sure what was put back in. But, it didn't appear to be the blue 134Fe trans fluid that you put back. Which make me wonder if the transmission is still in good shape and damaged from the wrong fluid. I mean I may be wrong. But ATF 134Fe is blue for that trans. Earlier models had red from 2010 and earlier.
Don’t make anymore useless videos.
your back where tanner use to be hummmm i may ahve to drop in check yas out
I got the top and bottom bolts out. What else am I missing? I dont see any reason to take the top bracket off?
thanks for showing this. I had to slow down the playback speed to see what you were doing as I have to do the same to my car. wish it wasn't in hi speed but now i have a much better idea on what i need to do. Was it only 2 bolts that secured the alt?
Great content, keep up the good work. Watch for background music though.
Now how about a video we’re you talk about what tools you used and the process..
can we hear it run once you put it in the truck?
Junior Castonguay forsure i will Post a video ! The truck is currently geting a paint job
Great Video!
nice content
Yea you could show or explain what you did and not edit out almost all the work like where’s the belt release only thing I got outta this is there’s a bolt on top and bottom of the alt and it’s easy to drop the bottom bolt.. yea thx great vid though
Mike Lazzaro this was one of my first videos , all my new stuff is explained better !
Spencer_ Built its cool!! I actually replaced my own not once but twice!!! Was sold a bad rebuild was frustrating because this the only 2011 Hyundai Sonata vid I could find I figured it out though this vid did help alittle
Lets be real here, these guys really just shook because they be driving their wifes 2011 sonata as their daily...
You didn't explain nothing what was the purpose?
Just to make haters like you talk!! Its working great
Nobody is hating lmao. Just thought you were gonna walkthrough. Most overused word in history
If you need more than just the video you should probably bring your car to a garage to get it done !!
Lou Yogi imma have a mech look at mine personally. Just some insight.
@@ShivCrow35847 why would he take his car to a garage if he's trying to learn how to do it himself?
