Switching trumpets is a tricky thing that we all have to do from time to time, some of us more than others. Approaching it in a particular way can help the ease of transitioning.

Tongue arch can help many trumpet players play more efficiently however many people struggle to unlock its potential. As lead trumpet players it is essential in discovering a more efficient way to playing in the upper register. But many players don’t approach it correctly.

Trumpet endurance is something that we all want more of. Some of us struggle to develop endurance on the trumpet. Here is my approach to developing endurance on the trumpet. Feel free to apply it to your playing!
