MWB were around when Christian music was so much better than today-in my opinion anyway. Had the pleasure of seeing them back in the very early eighties in Hayward’s Heath and having a really good chat with Chris Eaton afterwards the gig. Yup.... this prophetic song of Larry's sure applies to so many of jazz, blues and rock stars...... So, so sad..... However..... surrendering to Jesus, means having to give up one's selfish pride...... and safely come to the end of ourselves... and the end of themselves...:). Ted Schempp, Nashville

Larry’s songs spoke to me when i was young and wild. I couldnt get his lyrics out of my mind….Why Dont You Look Into Jesus…i did, and He was there and waiting for me and i will never get over His love for me. I thank God for Larry Norman, he took a LOT of flack from churches and generally wasn’t accepted by most of them, but a lot of kids, like me, got saved because of his music and message.

There is a rich back story with this appearance. Larry met with Sir Cliff Richard afterward. Sir Cliff asked Larry how to write Christian music? Larry, kinda stumbled a little, a little confused about what he asked. "You write about what you are feeling" This episode on the BBC was seen by many famous or future artists from the UK. Paul McCartney has referenced it and Paul Hewson (Bono) said he watched it as well when he was young. Larry got into some other mischief on this trip but I will defer.
