now I think, I was mis-diagnosed with allergic rhino-sinusitis 10 years back, by an ENT, he operated me for correcting DNS, after a few months another ent performed tonsillectomy but never told me that i can have lpr. My life is miserable, Despite being operated by ents two times, I have post nasal drip, throat clearing every now and then, inflamaation in throat, laryngitis, blocked nose, sinus issues, i used to sing, it got ruined due to this medical condition as i feel mucus layers on my vocal cords. I was on nasal sprays and anti allergic since 10-11 years, used to get temporary relief. I thought, these allergic issues can not be solved. Recently I saw a pulmonologist, she did pft, chest, xRay, and IgE, all the three tests came normal. As my IgE is normal, i think i never had nasal allergies, instead i have silent reflux, material from my stomach irritates my throat, my body thinks it is some foreign material and produces more mucus to trap this material, this mucus is nothing but post nasal drip, and it blocks my nose, mostly while sleeping as the muscles are.relax while sleeping and my sinuses are also reacting to it, may be while exaling, the gases from stomach reaches sinuses and due to that sinuses are also secreting more mucus.😢 no prescribed medicines are helping. i do not know how i will get rid of this medical condition😢

If I may ask you a question. Is it normal that LPR affects your airways too? I’ve got an esophageal hernia and I’m suffering so much that I confided the LINX procedure. Non of the doctors understood why my airways in my nose closed. Ended up with Post Nasal Drip and after I’ve watched your video it seems like there is a connection or am I wrong?

The kinds of videos I like the most are those in which there are no stories no irrelevant sentences, a very brief introduction, and more creativity. Hi I've had acid reflux for 10 years. My teeth are being ruined. Is the lynx better than the partial Nissan ? How is your linx devise currently. My last specialist doctor. , said there removing sum lynx. And he's no longer doing them. Plus my family doctor. Said stay on my ppi. I don't know what to think. I was thinking lynx

why pay almost £500 for the latest most expensive juicer on the market .with the Fridga theres no need to close the lid very annoying i sent my almost £500 juicer back to amazon and bought the Fridja instead ive never regretted it

I’m 12-13 yrs out from my Linx. I’ve loved it all these years. However, I was just scoped and biopsied. I have Barrett’s with low grade dysplasia. So, keep up with your scopes folks!! I’ll have an RFA (radio frequency ablation) and possible TIF. I won’t be getting rid of my Linx because it completely changed my life!

Hi. Could you elaborate please on only being able to have a coffee 6 months post op. I am 3 months post op and can only eat GERD friendly food. I was trying a coffee, but it brought a lot of acid reflux like symptoms. I have a lot of GERD like symptoms. Could you eat anything in the first months post op? Did you experience GERD like symptoms?

Hi. Great guide. Thank you. I had my Linx surgery in October 2023. It was OK for the first 7 days. On day seven I had a more serious dysphagia (sharp pain in the chest etc) and since then I have been having reflux or so it feels. The surgeon is saying that it was just a coincidence with the end of the Linx honeymoon period. I doubt it to be honest. I am 3 months out now, but it is not great. I have still got pain in the LES area, especially 2-3 h after eating (when acid in the stomach drops to its lowest level) or when I had a coffee, chocolate, sugar etc. I also have reflux if I squeeze my tummy when full, that is if driving or sitting on the sofa (those positions where your stomach gets squeezed). I am a bit disappointed. Have you had any of my symptoms during the first 3 months? Kind regards.

I think it will be worth it if I want to be a professional singer. I can manage it, but still it's a lot of hassle, and I'd rather have no LPR whatsoever than having it sometimes. Yeah, and if I want to become great, I need to have no LPR. Also, I wish I could do exercise without waiting 2 hours after a meal. Exercise has been the worst trigger for me.

I think I should do it if I want to be a professional singer. I can manage it, but still it's a lot of hassle and I'd rather have no LPR than have it sometimes.

Glad I found this excellent video regarding the LINKS Surgery for LPR/GERD/Silent Reflux etc. I am in the process of seeking treatment and have a couple of appointments soon re Stretta and a Consultation regarding the LINKS.
