How to use an analog battery load tester to identify a bad battery. The battery under test was passed by a digital battery analyzer at the store and measured 12.9V open circuit seemingly good. But the analog tester applies a load to the battery to draw up to 100A of current while measuring voltage under load. This is a more realistic test of the battery's ability to source current under load.

How to drain half of the coolant out of a Hyundai Sonata and refill with fresh coolant. I do this maintenance every year because it's simple and inexpensive less than 1 hour and under $10. The disadvantage is that not all the coolant is drained each year, so there is some old coolant (about 1 gallon) remaining in the system.
