The project is to repair the hole that rusted through a porcelain coated cast iron sink. After using fiberglass and fiberglass cloth to patch the hole, I was thinking about using a clear epoxy with matching white pigment to put the final layer or two on the sink. It’s by the faucet, so it isn’t really weight bearing and although there is contact with water, it isn’t soaked at the bottom of the sink. Any advice, ideas, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Nothing has even been started, everything is planning at this point

How are you supposed to apply it from the backside

Is it 18 drops of hardener with 1ounce of resin, or 4 ounces of resin? I lost my instruction sheet.

ok, but you turned a small issue that could have been gingerly worked and almost unnoticeably painted into a really big area that will stick out like a sore thumb unless the whole bumper is refinished, which will cost a lot...... really not practical for the do-it-yourselfer trying to keep the cost of scratch repair to around $50 total.

can this be used on plastic surfaces?

Why so expensive? I know there are extra "Eco-Friendly" products being used but I am doing a vehicle for me after 40+ years of fixing other peoples mechanical & electrical problem. I woke up a thought Jimmy Carter was in the White House! I don't and physical can't apply filler, sand clean and paint but new cars at not 19% interest, houses 12% and a gallon of filler is $110's! Why. I didn't even want this high end spectrum of the product line and didn't even know it sands itself now...for that money. On line is the worst with customer service. Speak clear English Damit! My Midwest ear can understand a thick accent from China, Japan or India. Good luck trying to get an invoice in the box! (No, not an inner voice! Is your dad at home so can ask him)? I work from home so no bodies! Ok great. Email. We can not do emailers because it is a law to keep a copy of each. Ok, so way over priced, got the wrong thing, no invoice and no one you speaks goooder English-er! How do they get a job? ASE Master Tech since 1978 and speaks English and now Pro-Fainy! Thats nowhere near a golf ball size amount of filler at 1:52. Its much much less. Now I know why this stuff didn't harden.

It's unclear in the instructions on the can whether "golf ball size" means a puddle of filler (what thickness?) the size of a golf ball to 12 drops of hardener, or the spherical volume of filler the size of a golf ball to the 12 drops. I guess now I know.
